Consumers Choice had the best quoted price vs. 3 other companies. Their staff were friendly and excellent communication. I dealt with Stan (owner) and his son (Dave). They were very open and invited me to see their showroom, warehouse and were very detailed in their explanation of how windows worked and recommended the design of windows explaining why. Timing of job was quick and on schedule. It has been a year now since the windows were installed and they have held up well against the weather, sound and usage. I highly recommend Consumers Choice and speak to Stan. He was great to deal with.

I chose this company to replace my broken glass patio door based on great reviews on Homestars. The service was excellent, the price competitive, and the installer did an excellent job. Would be happy to hire them again if needed.

Found Consumers choice at the annual home show. Their sales staff were very informative and offered us a seamless appointment and consultation with Francis who was our sales representative.
Francis came to our home and took inventory of our present windows and their condition. He explained to us the various options available regarding products and pricing.
Francis was very knowledgable and left our home having armed us with the ability to make an educated decision on our needs. He was extremely polite and at no point did we feel pressured to sign on the dotted line.
After shopping around with similar product it was evident that Consumers Choice was definitely the winner. One quote came in close and we called Francis who was more than happy to give Consumers Choice the edge.
We were offered various flexible payment options which should suit the needs of everyone. We scheduled an install date and due to being December suffered a few delays due to bad weather. Consumers choice kept us in the loop with their revised schedule.
The installers arrived and it took 3 days to install our windows. Two of them being large bays and one of them had to have the frame completely rebuilt. The installers were amazing and it was all done while we were at work. The weather was miserable outside and when we got home from work it appeared that nobody had been inside but we had new windows. Great installation. We also opted for the downspout change and gutters with the leaf guard system. All workers were great and the installation looks amazing.
All the folks in the back office were always polite and made you feel like part of a large family.
I would recommend Consumers Choice windows to everyone and in fact already have.

In August 2016, based on recommendations from family and HomeStars, I visited Consumers Choice's showroom and requested a quote. The people I met at the showroom (including the owner) were very friendly and knowledgeable explaining their products and services and then they took us on a small tour of their operations.

One of their sales persons, Rob K., arrived at our home a few days later and gave us a quote to replace 21 windows of various sizes including a large bay window. Again, he was friendly and knowledgeable and provided a lot of information about their window products and installation services. He also provided a very thick set of customer testimonials which indicated high satisfaction levels with the products and services rendered by Consumers Choice. Most importantly, he provide a reasonable quote for this large job especially when coupled with a 40% discount being offered by the company during this time. Consumer Choice was awarded the job which would start in 8 weeks time.

About 2 weeks after the contract was signed, installer Paul came to the house to do more specific window measurements. Installation started on schedule and Paul (and his sons) did an excellent job of removing the old windows, installing the new windows, caulking inside and outside, installing window frames and cleaning up afterwards.

Unfortunately, due to what seemed to be a problem with their supply chain, 4 windows were not shipped by the first day. Three of the missing windows were delivered by the third day. The last missing window was not shipped until a week later.
These missing windows were a bit disruptive to my schedule and after discussions with Rob K and the company, they resolved this situation to my complete satisfaction.

Paul returned a week later and under overcast and rainy conditions, he completed the installation of the final window.

In summary, all of the people from Consumers Choice who I encountered during this project (owner, sales, installation, scheduling and customer care) were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their window product was also of good quality and their workmanship excellent.

So I am satisfied with my decision to go with Consumers Choice for my window replacement project and I would definitely recommend them to others.

PS: One surprise for me was that the replacement windows were all about 1.5 inches narrower than the original windows which meant that existing custom venetian blinds would no longer fit in the new space and therefore new blinds were needed. Oh well ..

Installation was rather tricky because of lack of frames so we were glad that we had a knowledgable installer.

This is our 3rd time dealing with Consumers Choice for window installation in our home and all of our experiences have been positive.
We were visited each time by the same sales associate which made the experience familiar and hassle free.

There was a small mixup for scheduling the measurement for our newest window but this was easily resolved and again we were set up with the same person that had completed our previous measurements so he recognized our home and was efficient and professional.

Overall we are extremely happy with our previous 2 installations, and love our new windows. We have not had any technical issues with the products. The customer service department has been very helpful with questions we have had along the way and overall the company seems to take a “personal” approach which is refreshing.

In short, we would recommend Consumers Choice, and have to several friends and family.

The salesman, Danny is highly knowledgeable and professional. Took his time to explain the options and process. The workmen, Craig and Kyle were friendly, experienced professionals who did a great job. They worked hard and answered any questions we had. The patio doors, additional window panel and framing looks great! Thank you Consumers Choice and the team!

David Hunter came to quote on the work. He spent time with us to choose the right doors for our old house. He was knowledgeable on the product and great to work with. His follow up was amazing before, during and after the install. We did 2 doors and a window. There were some hiccups along the way that were frustrating, that said Dave handled everything professionally and ultimately the install job by Alan was very well done. We regularly get compliments on the doors. I hope to do the remainder of our windows with Dave and Consumers Choice in the near future.
