This is my second time using consumers choice and they did an amazing job replacing my old windows to more modern windows. They are very professional and reliable. I have recommended to my parents and they loved there work. I would recommend them 100%

Our porch was enclosed by a great father and son team. They called before arriving to let us know when they would arrive. We were surprised at the speed which the enclosure went up and it looks great. The double doors were suggested for moving furniture in and out. Great feature. Great work. Great results. Thank you.

Had a pleasant experience overall. Installer was polite and professional. Also left me with some extra caulking should I wanted to fill any or my other windows. Product is well constructed.

A few months ago, after seeing these guys at last year's Home Show, we had a new front door installed. It was a wonderful door and a superb install and excellent customer service and follow up. When it was time to replace some of my windows I had to call Dave Hunter again since he had arranged for the door. After some research and alternate quotes, we have signed up for our new windows and expect we will be doing more of this at a later date.

From the sales representative to the installers very happy with the result. Only one thing try to clean the glass somehow it looks streaky I've tried different solutions somehow haven't found the right one.

We had new doors installed in early March. While we are generally pleased with the doors there were a couple of small problems that required follow-up from the company. It's nearly two months later and we've had 4 visits and 2 appointments where they didn't come and didn't call during the scheduled time - leaving us waiting for more than 3 hours. We are still waiting for matching pieces of the door lock. Dealing with the Service Department is always difficult. They are generally unaware of the status of our project and unsympathetic at our frustration about missed appointments. I'm sure if the original installation had been successful, we would have been completely satisfied, but given the many difficulties with their service staff, we cannot recommend using this company.
Update: The final issue has been resolved and we are satisfied with the doors. The company reached out after the original review was posted and expressed regret for the confusion in completing the project.

We called Consumers as a relative used them and they were very professional and courteous. We found ours sales rep to be very knowledgeable. The installers were great and very professional. They took away all the garbage, showed us everything that was wrong and how the products we bought were better. They cleaned up and left as if they were never here. I will be getting more windows from Consumers next year!

The two fellows arrived as scheduled. They were conscientious, friendly and careful. They always answered my questions as to what they were doing. They cleaned up the debris. No issues. The windows look great. Had some good rainstorms and no leaks.
