First: On this site, there are fake reviews of Noble Moving (with total rating of 10).

Second: Noble is not a honest company.They always find a way to higher the price. In 2011, they use another weight certicate from somebody else belongings and charged me 60% more weight. Because I moved shortly before and so my belongings grew from 2800 lbs to 4620 lbs in 6 months (without buying or getting new stuff). Stranges!

They held my family's belongings hostage until I agreed to sign a waiver stating that I would remove all neagtive reviews and not hold them accountable for missing or damaged items. Brock and Heather were dishonest on several occasions (emails to back this up. They refused to unload my items until I paid cash up front. All of our furniture and fine china were broken and smashed. Several boxes, items missing. I have witness statements from the storage facility as well as another moving company to prove my story. I paid $6,0000 to receive all of my items broken and smashed. This was black mail. Beware, they also operate as Capital Moving.

For my recent move from Vancouver to Toronto, I had hired Noble Moving. I have moved long distance twice before in the past and the companie's I had used were both more expencive and I had broken belonging's after both moves . This is the first time I had such good service and understanding people. Because of a slight mis-understanding on a date confirmation, I was given a discount and was served on the day I had desired, it was simple and everything arrived safe and sound. So if your'e looking for reasonable rates and a safe move. I'd deffenetely refer this company.

I called Noble Moving Services and had a simple move from Fredericton NB to Toronto ON for August 1st, 2011. They were 1 week late for pickup and 2 weeks late on delivery. The arrival dates was changed multiple times, we were never advised and had to follow up for updates which were vague. They are supposed to weigh the truck before and after they pickup your valuables to ensure accuracy with the weight. Our belongings were picked up on July 28th and the weigh slips were provided for a date of August 1st in an area that's wasn't even close to the pickup or delivery location. I don't believe that the Weight is correct and when I brought up my concerns with Noble I was not treated very respectfully, this was after they had my belongings in their possession. We were overcharged and I have to go to the Better Business Bureau to get someone from Noble to address my concerns. The positives were that the people picking up and delivering my belongings were very professional, there was no damage and all of our belongings were accounted for.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of everyone we interacted with- on the phone, in person for our home estimate, and on moving day. Our moving went very smoothly, on schedule, nothing was damaged, and estimated cost. We highly recommend Noble Moving Services.
