Very good service.Service technicians Ryan and Dave are very polite. Price is about right. For peace of mind go with Milani. You can shop around or do it yourself if you have the time. Will continue Milani in the furture.

Our furnace died right in the big cold spell- we called Milani and they came on that same day! The tech was so great and explained everything. He got the furnace working for us and then followed up with a hot water tank leak that we had. Terrific job!
