I recently purchased a top of the line system from MILANI and am extremely disappointed with the work done and the customer service provided. Service was provided two months ago and I am again without hot water, it has been 3 days and there still is not a definitive date of repair as the company looks for a certain part. I called Saturday and someone named Dave tried to charge me $450 for someone to come repair the system, the brand new system I just had installed!!! He also mentioned that cold water wasnt a big deal! I should also note that this system came with a lifetime warranty!
