We own a 29 year old SubZero refrigerator. SubZeros have two separate refrigeration cooling systems per appliance.
Kampen successfully replaced the refrigerator refrigeration, after which the freezer refrigeration, a separate unit, began to lose its capacity to maintain -18 Celsius.
Kampen replaced the freezer cooling system but warned me it might not completely solve our problem. While the freezer portion is working better than before, we are still unable to reach -18. Kampen is committed to solve the problem regardless of the number of visits. Their technicians are knowledgable, polite and considerate of their surroundings.

Came in on time and quickly fixed the subzero leak issue. The actual task was covered by warranty.

It took 3 visits to get to the heart of the issue with our older Wolf range but Kampen kept coming back at no charge in order to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction and every time they followed up with an email to make sure the issue was completely resolved. In the end, they installed a couple of new parts at no extra cost which make our range now function as if it was new. Great customer service!

Light in fridge and display panel not working. New the problem fast got panel, light, and ice maker etc working perfect. Fast. Had to come back next day with new part for the Sub-Zero light. Wow. Fast, Courteous and great work.
