My Wolf middle oven rack was rolling out on its own when the oven was on.
Andy showed me that the wall rack that had been taken out prior to self cleaning (according to directions) had not been put back properly. He adjusted the wall rack and the middle rack no longer slid out. Perfect.

Had a problem with the fridge light - apparently there was a recall on the lights due to condensation so he made the change and updated the system. He was very professional and the service was so fast. They booked the appointment and had someone over within 24 hours. Excellent service.

Terrific service. Easy to book an appointment. Called before showing up. They were on time and very professional. Fixed the range in no time. They even replaced another part that was still working but would likely need to be replaced soon, while it was still under warranty to save me added cost later. They even taught me a few extra tips/tricks for using the oven optimally. Fantastic service. Definitely would recommend.
