Kampen Appliance Service

We had their service technician Christian Araya come out to service our sub zero wine cooler and he is one of the nicest and helpful service techs we have ever dealt with. He actually arrived early on both occasions (the first one he had to order a part). We were very impressed with the service we received.

After a horrible experience with Quickfix Appliances, I called Subzero who gave me Kampen's name. Called at 4:15 one day and they were at my house by 3:30 the next day, completed repair, fixed what Quickfix left undone and informed me that damage that was done by Quickfix to my hardwood flooring was unnecessary as fridge does not need to be pulled out to complete repairs. Thank you Kampen's!!

The company was very efficient in booking an appointment and coming to service our range hood. The repair technician was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable when we asked him several questions about our appliance. He was also very professional and respectful of our home. Would definitely recommend this company for appliance repair.

Simple repair of replacing 2 switches for light and convection fan on our new Wolf Range. Showed up on time, and the service technician (Bob) looked at what needed to be replaced. He HAD THE PARTS and done in less than 20 minutes! Very satisfied with the level of service. Well Done!
