Our bathroom toilet was leaking and the handle was worn out. Called Hillcrest Plumbing and they came the next day and had all the parts necessary for our model. The tech completed the leak repair coming from the back pipe and also replaced the handle, pump/plunger. and even the toliet seat. They have been in the business for many decades and it shows in their knowledge and workmanship. Highly recommended.

These guys are very experienced. This place has been around for many years. I was able to find a replacement part for my kitchen faucet, rather than having to replace the entire faucet. They carry higher end products as well.

Called hillcrest plumbing to fix my outside drain tile, as water was coming in from the outside drain. They came with a camera that goes into the pipe and found the distance from where the drain was, and started to dig at that location. After several hours the job was done.

Hillcrest Plumbing was great. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Plumber installed the toilet and cleaned up. They could have their workers put on those little shoe covers before entering the house. Otherwise, the work was good.

i just bought a good flusing toilet from hillcrest. our old toilet always get plugged, bought a drake toilet which work really well. the staff at hillcrest recommended drake. knowledgable staff and great service. we are happy with the experience and will definitely be back for future plubming needs.

Hillcrest isn't our usual plumber we go to, but when our water main burst we unfortunately weren't able to get a hold of our regular plumber so we called Hillcrest which is a big company and can dispatch somebody 24/7. The plumber who came was competent enough, and fixed the problem, but I guess because they're a bigger company they charge higher rates, almost twice the amount as our regular company ($150 per hour vs. $85). So we ended paying a lot more. I probably wouldn't call them again unless we were in a similar emergency situation where we couldn't get hold of our regular plumbing company.

Went to Hillcrest Plumbing in Vancouver to get new sink stoppers for our bathroom, as the old ones had worn out and no longer worked. Even though the sink stoppers were by no means a huge sale, and I'm sure the store would have profited much more from selling sinks and bathtubs, the employee attempted for at least a half hour trying to put together my old stopper (trying to unscrew and fix the spring) before showing me the new stoppers. He didn't have to spend so much time, but he obviously wanted to try to save me a couple bucks rather than sell me something I might not need. I appreciated their great service and would go there again.

A critical juncture in our home reno project - taps needed placement and tub needed to be reset after initial installation by a keen weekend warrior left pooling. The plumber who attended was polite and sensitive to home handy man's feelings; he got the job done in the spirit of collaboration and voila: perfectly placed and draining!

No fooling around here. Facing a tight timeline, I called hillcrest plumbing into change out the hot water tank. Louis was in and out in an hour and very professional. He also fixed our mis-plumbed sewage ejector pump at the same time. Before Louis came along there was a nasty smell in the basement but now it smells great! Highly recommended for great service at a reasonable cost for a plumber who has seen it all before and knows how to deal with it.

these guyts are very good - they basically give you free advice when you go their counter. as long as you bring in the borken part - they can pretty well match you up to a new part & tell you how to install. The guys at the counter have been working there a long time & they've seen everything.
