Called SR Gillis and Sons for a quote on a new A/C as the old one was giving up the ghost after 30 years. We also discussed a new furnace as the current one was 15 years old. Subsequent installation was smooth, on-time and with a lot of attention to detail and cleanliness.

The hot water heater installation was also done very professionally and I have found that the customer service SR Gillis provides is second to none. I would highly recommend their services.

Central air went down and we didn't have a hvac contractor already. We called S.R. Gillis as they were well rated on Homestars. They were able to book is a very timely appt. their tech showed up early in the appt window, was very friendly, explained everything. He replaced the faulty part and suggested replacement of another as a preventative. I knew he was making a sound suggestion. Very fair rates and he did more than expected/required. I recommend this firm to anyone.

We had a horrible experience with another company who red-tagged our furnace (questionable according to 3 quotes). Once the furnace was in pieces on the floor, we had to make a decision. We called SR Gillis and owner Stan came out to the house. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with our decision. His workers showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and we have been very satisfied with their work. We also had them install a new water heater for us - at a different time, again completely satisfied. Would highly recommend them.
