Shawn was great, he was able to answer every question we had in the fullest extent. We had no bad experience with Melissa. She ensured ease of appointments. The installation process was great. If I had any questions they were happy to give me information. All in all good installation crew.

We are extremely happy with the service provided to us by our salesperson Adam and the installers Drew and Mike.
We had 3 bay windows installed in the second story of our home. It was a complicated installation but Drew and Mike approached the issues with a high regard of professionalism and workmanship. The job site was always left extremely clean and well organized. Clearly Drew and Mike take a great deal of pride in their craft. We now have 3 beautiful bay windows that we are confident will last many, many years. Thanks Adam, Drew and Mike we will definitely be seeing you again.

We just had all the windows in our house replaced including the side garage entrance door. Our salesman Dennis, was great in providing us various quotes as we were originally going to just do the front windows. The installation team was fantastic even when the wrong size windows were delivered & they ordered new windows and had them installed within the same time frame. I used Clera before for a patio door and will return in future when I ready for a new front door

The windows and doors are in now and the installation was impeccable and the guys cleaned up the debris very well. The windows look beautiful and the installation guys were really professional polite and very meticulous. We are truly impressed. We are now asking for the same team to do the installation again for our next house when we close in April!

While I did have to make a follow-up call about getting a quote, I was eventually put in touch with Gene, the general manager, who came out to the house and was very pleasant to deal with, answering a number of our questions. Because of Gene's soft-sell approach and respectful manner, we decided to go with Clera. On installation day, the crew was professional and fast, even patiently answering some of my amateur-handyman questions. We have one outstanding item that Gene has promised he will follow-up with me on, but I would use Clera again and certainly recommend them to others.

I recently replaced my windows and 1 door by Clera Windows. The product is beautiful and sturdy. The salesman Ron was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Ramesh, the installer, was the best! He and his team were patient with me when I asked questions. They were respectful and cleaned up after they had finished. There was a glitch with the product i.e. colour, but at the end of the day everything was sorted and the job was completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend Clera Windows to my friends and family.
