We had a stamped concrete pool deck that we wanted to make more kid friendly. The concrete was still in good shape, but we wanted to make it less slippery and change the appearance. Happy to have found Rod from Rubber Deck, from a brochure someone had left at work. Rod was very professional and provided many colour options for the rubber coating. The work was completed in a day with a three person crew, and very happy with their level of workmanship. The pool deck looks so much better than before, and feels so much nicer to walk on now.

Decided to finally get my backyard shed and stamped concrete patio leveled after years of watching both settle. Super pleased with the work Jared and his partner did leveling out my shed and patio. Both were very professional and well experienced to handle this job. To me it was always an eyesore looking at the "Slanty Shanty" shed, but no more. Also happy the the water will no longer run towards the house off of the concrete patio. It was money well spent to protect the house and enjoy the patio again. The holes they drilled were approx. 3/4" diameter so they are barley noticeable in the stamped concrete. Very happy I chose Poly-Mor.

Very happy with our new patio that Pro-Loc made for us. We had them build an approx. 13'x13' interlocking patio beside our existing patterned concrete pool deck, with a retaining wall to level out the space. Paul did a great job listening to what we wanted and directed us how they could make it happen. I am very pleased with how Paul treated us during our indecisiveness, when it came to choosing our stone and the final design. In addition, very happy with the crew that came and did the install and excavation. The crew was polite and professional, even though they worked through some of the hottest weather of the summer. They got the job done in two, separate days! Overall, very pleased and no regrets that we chose Pro-Loc.

Replaced four windows using Brock Windows and very pleased with the service and product I received. Dorian was very helpful and didn`t pressure me. Install took place in a timely manner and the installers did an excellent job. I bought the triple pane windows and very happy with the results. My biggest concern with windows is during the winter, when condensation builds up on the interior side of the windows. Getting triple pane windows has all but eliminated this. Only negative I can think of is the caulking used on the windows smells quite a bit. Seeing as the windows were done in December it is difficult to air out the house with it being cold outside. A caulking with lower VOC`s would be better for the interior application.
