I have ordered windows and doors twice from Terry at Clera Windows and I am very satisfied with the quality of the service and the products provided. Terry was informative, readily accessible and worked with us to ensure we got the windows, and even ensured we did not spend money where it was not needed. Delivery and installation occurred on time as per the original quote and his installation team were friendly and knowledgeable. The windows and doors look great, outside noise has been reduced and drafts have been eliminated. I would recommend Terry and his team to my friends and family.

Had issues with a faulty patio door. The air just cut right through it. Unfortunately getting it replaced had taken longer than I would have like. But clera took care of the issue and kept me up to date with the process.

Better customer service. Make faulty product fixes a top priority, when temperatures are -30. Offer compensation when faulty product installed.

We understand that you have concerns and we are doing everything to rectify your door situation. However, we are not happy with the comment that you have been waiting for 6 weeks to get things fixed. Our installer has been to house several times, since the beginning of January (when you contacted head office). He was at your house on Saturday, Feb 8th to finish the door from outside and inside. You did not want them to finish the door as you are doing other renovations at your house and we believe that was the reason for air infiltration. Please look at the before and after photos. As per our installer, the inside temperature after fixing everything was around +4 degrees and not -20degrees as shown in your review. Our head office contacted you on Monday and assured you that if you are still not happy with the result, we will arrange someone else to go out and look a at the situation. I am not sure what has caused you to changed your mind and change your review again. We are arranging to send our best crew to your house and we are confident that he will be able to rectify your problem. Our company rely on your local branches for correct information. The copy of the email attached was sent to our local branch on Jan 23rd after seeing your review on another site. Our local branch by that time had assured us that they have looked after your concern (you already changed your review) and waiting for the suppliers input. Please give us time to rectify your problem and we assure you that you will be looked after just like thousands of other customers. Thanks - Admin

i had a very pleasant experience with Clera windows. Our sales rep Frank was very patient, professional, always accessible and understanding. We were not quite sure about one of the windows during installation and he was kind enough to mamke time to come by to take a look at it and discuss the situation with us. The windows are beautiful, clean lines and very smooth to use. The installation was absolutely amazing. Drew and his partner (sorry forgot his name) were so professional and did an amazing job. TheyThey too were very patient with us and accommodating when we had some concerns. The quality of their work was of a high standard. And we have had a bad experience int he past with another company.
Buying windows sometimes can tricky especially if you are changing very old styles to what is available today, so my only suggestion to everyone is if you are not sure to look at a sample. We didn't realize for our basement windows that because the new windows have a thicker frame than the VERY thin one's we had before, it made them look smaller. It might be a good idea to look at a sample if you are unsure of how it will look overall.
In conclusion, the experience with Cleara was awesome and I will definitely use them again.

Very profesional in all aspects. No short cuts were taken and my order was rushed through by the plant. An error was made with the upper windows being made single hung and should have been double. This was rectified without a second thought.
I am very happy with the work that was performed and the the actions of all conserned. I would endorse this company to anyone as I cannot speak highly enough of them. Thank you to all.
