It has been one year since the installation was done. I have had no problems with the installation. There are about 6 homeowners on our street who got the windows installed by Yuri and they all got the installation done a few years back. I contacted Yuri on their recommendation.

Yuri's team is professional, no-nonsense approach and you can see their experience reflected in how they do the job. Cost wise i got a decent deal as i already had some lowest quotes from some other suppliers.

I had been having a lot of trouble finding a window company that could deal with the framing and installation of windows in my new double-brick openings, but Yuri was knowledgeable about the issues, helped work through the problems as they arose and quickly delivered a great final result. Would happily work with him again in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Yuri and his installers on this project for our home. He connected with us right away after posting the ad, and answered all our questions. He followed through on everything he promised and has provided great customer service. Even when I pointed out something to get fixed, he has been in communication with me to make the change.

I was referred to Yuri by a friend and he was super kind and informative. We were evaluating changing our windows for the Home Energy Grant and upon looking at all my windows, Yuri was up front and honest about what we really needed. Instead of trying to upsell 9 windows that would have a very small impact he advised we just change 2 of the really bad basement windows.

It took a bit longer since it was a smaller job and likely needed to be lined up with some other jobs, but about a month after the consultation an installer came and did a beautiful job.

Would highly recommend Yuri and Cando Pro to anyone looking for an honest company that will treat you fairly.

Everything was smooth with a good quality. No hidden cost, all as promised. Way better then other companies i tried to hire for the work, where it's end up with lost money and lot of frustration

Cando pro's windows were exceptional quality and look amazing. They delivered on time a large project. A sample of the windows are shown in the photo below. The angles and frame were perfect. 1 year later and the exterior colour still looking great, now yellowing, no bowing etc. Not made from recycled vinyl or PVC like most products in the market these days.

Cando Pro was easy to deal with and I am pleased with the quality of their work: replacing six old windows in my house. I would hire them again for similar work.

We just went through real cold spell here in Toronto and the new windows and doors have made a big difference. No drafts!!!

Bought a wheelchair for my daughter but it didnt go through our back door. Called Monday , Thursday came for installation . Very fast and very professional. Cut the wall , removed one window and installed a very nice door. No dust at all inside the house.
