Our appointment was Thursday morning, Wednesday night Direct Energy called our home asking if we would like an appointment that evening instead as the service person was close by. Excellent. We chose that option which was much more convenient than delaying to the next day between 10 and 2. thank you for that option

THE GUY THAT CAME TO FIX OUR HOT WATER TANK WAS AWESOME! DROVE IN A STORM TO GET HERE, WAS VERY POLITE, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US. WE WERE VERY PLEASED - SORRY CAN'T REMEMBER HIS NAME, BUT HE NEEDS A RECOGNITION FOR HIS WORK!!

Your service technician was a very polite and courteous individual. Let us know about our air filter, how to keep it clean and the importance of keeping your furnace clean. Efficient, and quiet. Had a trainee with him. Happy with the service we received. thank you

I cannot say enough positive things about the service people who we met. Everything was explained so we could understand. The fact we are seniors the serviceman and salesman went beyond. Thank you so much.

I think Direct Energy protection Plan is one of the best decisions we have made as a family to protect our residential heating and cooling system and also our plumbing. From the first call to the time the technician walks out the door again, it is very comforting to know professionals have done the job and saving us a few hundred dollars every visit.
