It is not the Service Technician's fault that the replacement parts had to be ordered from the original equipment mfg! The Service Technician made a temporary repair to adequately get by until the parts arrived. Now that the new exhaust fan assembly is installed and working, it is much quieter, and does not sound like the old one which made noises like a bearing was going to fail! Too bad these impellers are made using plastic instead of steel, as it is highly unlikely that metal fins would break off like some of the plastic ones did! [I was a steel mill quality technician for much of my working years!] Plastic has its place...in our wallets!

The technician was phenomenal. Best service I have received in all my years of being with Direct Energy. I feel he should be used as an example for how to communicate, work and understand clients needs. He was a great guy..even made him some snacks. I was shocked when he arrived at my home at 8:15 p.m. and then advised me he had 5 more calls after me.

The Service Technician (Chris)was very good at his work end even inform me that 2 be careful when using the hot water 4 the first time, as it will be very hot since the tank was already full with boiling water plus he cleaned after himself. He should be given a letter of recommendation as he did a good job n also apologize for the late arrival. Thanks

I meant to get an answer on the status of our chimney after we installed a high efficiency furnace. Is the chimney required or capped after a high efficiency furnace is installed? Can somebody please get back to me about that.. All and all , the service was great Thank you

The Service Technician was absolutely amazing. He arrived 30 minutes early (during a snow storm), was super pleasant and took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing to correct the problem. He was beyond phenomenal!

I have had an annual maintenace each year for many years. This service tech was perhaps the best. Very friendly, very warm. Did the job well and explained a few things about my particular furnace that I was not aware of. He gave a few tips as well which was helpful. Overall totally satisfied and if I could request this tech in future I certainly would. Manuel Prado was his name. Excellent job. He called first, was on time. Put on his foot booty things .... even took time to pet my dog. Very nice guy .. I wish they all were like him. Great job.
