Drain Domain

I needed a clog in my bathroom drain cleared and a drip around the trap stopped. Billy was very responsive (gave me a call to arrange a visit) and was on site the next afternoon. He was up front with pricing. the repair was completed that afternoon. The trap had to be replaced.
The nicest part was that I received a follow up call the next day to make sure things were working well. I now have him on speed dial. Hope I don't have to call him in the near future.

Billy and his team at Drain Domain did an amazing job. They were prompt and wish I had used them for the first part of the project where we used an unnecessarily higher priced competitor. He reviewed this competitors assessment and provided and more reliable and ultimately more cost effective alternative. We hope we do not need a plumber again but if we do we will contact Billy 100%.

Can't say enough great things for Drain Domain/Billy and his crew. After a sewer backup, we searched for quotes and Drain Domain responded instantly. Billy came out right away and assessed the issue. I had a leak in my basement and they came out to fairly quickly and gave a quote the same day. The following week the guys came in and did the work. They did a great job and I was very happy the leak was gone!

I noticed a leak in the copper connecting to my shower faucet mixer one evening and they had Billy one of their tech's out to my place the next morning and he did a great job fixing the issue and conducted himself in a friendly a manner. Would definitely use them again.

The shut off valve required soldering and was under the sink in a place that was awkward to access. Nonetheless, the installation was professional, quick, and tidy!

We had a leak in the connection between our dishwasher’s drain hose and the main drain plus a leak in the trap. Bill came out from Drain Domain. He quickly assessed the situation, left to buy a couple of parts and, on return, quickly and efficiently completed the repair. He also stayed to ensure the leaks were repaired. Of note, he was masked and told us he was fully vaccinated including a booster.
