What a fiasco ! I ordered a laundry unit which did not fit, very unfortunately. The new unit came (higher cost but smaller capacity which is not good) but had to negotiate / argue for one the Cyber week promotions that I was originally offered. This did get resolved.
I had to pay over $500 for the smaller unit. Then, listen to this! Coast charged me $5200+ extra on my credit card", and said that this was a "glitch" in their system. HUH??
When they went to refund me, however, they could not refund the full amount as there was some kind of daily limitation from their end. Again, HUH?? In addition, I keep getting calls because the credit dept guy has to have me on the phone as each portion of this amount gets refunded. Very stressful at a very busy time of year and with other personal challenges ongoing, as well.
