Lastman's Bad Boy Superstore

Bought my couch at LASTMANS BAD BOY in Barrie in June 2019 along with the comprehensive warranty. After just a couple years of sitting on couch right side has collapsed. Filed warranty claim along with pictures for repair over 7 months ago and called numerous times with no satisfaction. Today I get a phone msg saying sorry we wont repair we classify it as wear and tear. Personally I think a couch should last longer than 2-3 years. Obviously buying the warranty was a waste of money and the service was terrible.

Worst company ever...... I have been trying to resolve an issue with them for 3 months now. I have had enough. Now it is reported to BBB. I was charged for an item before it was even in the warehouse. been trying to connect with the company for the last 2 months with NO reply from anyone. Also being told that they do not have supervisors that I can talk to and that my matter will be escalated. Still nothing a month after that last reply. NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE.......Buyers BEWARE. Go somewhere else, you will regret it if you have any kind of issue. they will charge you if you buy online and refuse to resolve or refund. I refuse to buy anything from here now and they WILL NOT refund my money that I had to also pay interest fees on, on my CC.

Bought a king bedframe from BadBoy and i recieved it damaged and missing half the parts.
Customer service hung up on me when i called and they have not responded to the 12 emails i have sent with pictures.
Going on 6 weeks and i am still sleeping on the floor.
This is the worst most disrespectful business that i have ever dealt with.
I live with constant chronic pain and was looking forward to having some relief for my back...
I have not slept a full nights sleep since this happened.
The stress of being brushed off and feeling ripped off.
I am on a cpp disability pension and it took me years to save to buy a new bed..(i purchased a new mattress from Leons with no problems)...
I have filed a dispute with credit card company its been 30 days and BadBoy has not even responded to credit company..
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BADBOY!!!!

Have to cancel the order after waiting three months. But they never process the refund after another two months. Customer service agents can only say they will follow up with the managment but never got replys.

I bought a very specific (I did a ton of research for "the one" above the range oven that would work in my small space). They called me after I ordered and said that they didn't have it but would find me "something similar". When I inisited it must be this exact model, they said it was just back ordered and would be in by the end of the month. 2.5 months and MANY long wait on hold phone calls later....they finally authorized a refund and I ordered for somewhere else. 2 months after this, I realized I did not see the refund (its 700 dollars) and called. Not only had they NOT done it but they tried to tell my that it was now in a warehouse after MONTHs of no contact and THREE people telling me my refund was input and would be on my card in 4-6 weeks. Looks like a real big box company but NO. BEWARE!!!!

I paid $30 each for Old Appliance Removal (Full Removal), but your delivery refused to remove the appliance. Please have them removed ASAP.

I will never buy anything from Lastmans bad boy again. We ordered an expensive tv stand from them in May and they took our money. Then we got notified that the tv stand was no longer available. They havent refunded us and its been nothing but radio silence ever since. Ive called them three times (and each time I had to wait over an hour to talk to a person). Ive emailed their customer service several times and emailed the manager directly and I just keep getting told my concern will be forwarded to management. I asked for a refund or to get another item for the same price. Nothing. I paid $475 for nothing!!!! This has been going on since mid May. They keep sending me advertisements for sales. They have no problem taking your money but cant actually deliver the product you order, or refund you if they dont have it. Complete sham with terrible customer service.

Never ever, ever again will I shop at Lastman Bad Boy. First and last time. The worst customer service. I bought a couch online, but before making the purchase I wen t through their whole website looking for a small couch for my 86 year old mother, basement apt. I measured the entryway and stairway to make sure it would fit before I made the purchase. the couch price was a big stretch for my mom but she bought it anyway. The delivery guys tried several times to get it to fit down the stairs but had not luck. They told me that they constantly have issues with Ashley Brand because the dimensions online are not correct. They tried several times trying to get it in damaging my walls and taking the door off too before they concluded they couldn't get it in. They took it back and I called Lastman for a refund. They told me all sales are final. How can they expect someone to buy a couch online with a pic and not refund if it doesn't fit. What kind of customer service is that? I feel like they took advantage of my 86 year old mother who is out the money and has no couch. Stay away!!!!!

I purchased a bed frame on line on May 5th. On June 6th I had zero communication regarding delivery and went to a local store only to be told that the item was discontinued. A refund request was initiated by the store who could not provide the refund as it had to go through their e commerce division. 4 weeks later, 4 phone calls, (including one where customer service actually hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager who could actually help me), 4 emails and still no refund on my credit card. Wondering how they stay in business when NOBODY can be helpful and wondering how I get my $$ back.
