Bad Boy = BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I purchased a bed frame on line on May 5th. On June 6th I had zero communication regarding delivery and went to a local store only to be told that the item was discontinued. A refund request was initiated by the store who could not provide the refund as it had to go through their e commerce division. 4 weeks later, 4 phone calls, (including one where customer service actually hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager who could actually help me), 4 emails and still no refund on my credit card. Wondering how they stay in business when NOBODY can be helpful and wondering how I get my $$ back.
