Bought a king bedframe from BadBoy and i recieved it damaged and missing half the parts. Customer service hung up on me when i called and they have not responded to the 12 emails i have sent with pictures. Going on 6 weeks and i am still sleeping on the floor. This is the worst most disrespectful business that i have ever dealt with. I live with constant chronic pain and was looking forward to having some relief for my back... I have not slept a full nights sleep since this happened. The stress of being brushed off and feeling ripped off. I am on a cpp disability pension and it took me years to save to buy a new bed..(i purchased a new mattress from Leons with no problems)... I have filed a dispute with credit card company its been 30 days and BadBoy has not even responded to credit company.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BADBOY!!!!
