New Appliances - Not able to deliver and not returning money back

Very disappointed with recent experience with bad boys. It is like nightmare and giving extremely painful time. We recently moved to our new house and before moving we ordered appliances (refrigerator, 2 stove and dish washer) in nov-2020. Sales person mentioned that we will be getting order delivered by end of dec-2020 with commitment and mentioned same on invoices. Till now we did not receive our appliances (1 stove only they delivered which I ordered for other house). We did lots of follow-up calls and their behavior was really shocking. Manager (Mani) never comes on line. Only talked once and promised to call us back and never called again. We tried many times but all the times got response from representatives that he is busy and will us back. So many days we have to eat outside as were not having appliances at all at our new home.
I was continuously talking to you guys and requesting to deliver my order or give me some time frame but your guys saying that you have only one option “Keep Waiting”.
I requested give my money back if you cannot deliver and keep your promises, then your manager said that we cannot return money and it not bad boy policies. Really? What I should do now?
Till now I have not get my money back or my order delivered. No buddy even called us back.

Wrong order

I ordered two chairs on Oct 15, 2020, which payment was taken immediately. I received two chairs on January 5, 2021, but when I removed the packaging I found that they were not what I ordered and one was damaged. I ordered a medium brown and received burgundy instead. I have contacted the company several times by email and by phone with no response. After researching this company on the Better Business Bureau , I was surprised that they have had 222 complaints in the last 12 months for similar complaints. As a senior, I would not recommend this company as their product is of low quality and the customer service is non existing. Bad Boy should be ashamed of themself for taking advantage of people during a pandemic . Star B.

Problem with delivery and wrong and damaged furniture.

I bought a bed, a mattress, a table and a sofa. I needed to get the table and it was damaged, the delivery of the other furniture was scheduled for December 29 and was not delivered, then they scheduled for the 31st and only brought the bed and the collection and to make the situation worse o my mattress came in the wrong size and they gave me no positioning either on the mattress or on my sofa that was not delivered, I had to call and they had informed me that the sofa would be delivered on another date, the delivery day sofa they did not call me for delivery, I had to call and told me that I could not deliver my sofa, I took my truck and went to get the sofa and had to take the mattress to change it too as they did not give me any position. The store was totally uncommitted to me as a customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!

stay away

So we purchased a bedroom set in mid November, when we called to see about delivery we were told they have discontinued that set. We have asked for a refund but it has to go to management and they will see if we qualify for a refund. Why are you selling stuff on your website that is discontinued. I have a feeling its going to be a long time before we see any money back.

Product Delivery

I bought a Whirlpool dishwasher on Boxing Day. They charged my credit card but the delivery desk representative told me today that they don't even have the product in stock. They knowingly over sold their products. This is not right. One of the tactics used by companies that don't have working capital (cash) is to get paid from their customers upfront then turn around pay their suppliers for the products. This is a consistent complaint about Lastman's Bad Boy. Stay away from them if you don't want to fight with the company to get your money back.

The worst shopping experience I have had

Maybe the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life. Three months after purchase, shipment hadn't even left the town and they didn't communicate that, the customer service agents either fart through their teeth or the managers don't care about their business, in either case, treat whatever they promised or said as jokes. Phone back? Don't even think about they will phone you back. I have wasted more than 7 hours talking to them and their delivery partners, and I found out they haven't even sent out delivery after 3 months, yet their customer service agent and manager said they were already delivered. Again, one of the most awful if not the most awful shopping experience I have had. I am filing a consumer protection complaint against iit

Horrible Company.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT THE PRODUCT! We have been waiting almost 3 months and are still getting the dates pushed on when our fridge will arrive. First it was end of Oct, then end of Nov and now we are told end of Dec. They have been absolutely nothing but a headache to deal with. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. We ordered a kitchen appliance package and a washer dryer package from them end of Aug. After several emails to the shipping department, we were finally able to go pick up SOME of our appliances. They kept telling me it would take weeks for them to come in since they only delivery once a month to my location (would have been nice to know from the start). After asking multiple times, which is the fastest way we can get them, I finally contacted the Whitby store and they said they could have them in faster. So I then emailed shipping department again and told them what I had been told and they said they could ship them to the store so we can pick them up there. What a headache and thats not even the end. I then called on the delivery date to double check that they had arrived. I had been told they hadn't and would be in the following Monday. Called the following Monday and they were still not in. Had been told to call again the following Monday. I argued stating we had already been told that and that they should have arrived. The agent then apologized and realized some of them had been there. Wow, just wow. We were able to get some of our appliances but not all which is confusing and disappointing, as they all came as a set and are not shipped as one. Just craziness dealing with this company. I will never be ordering or purchasing from them again. And will be sure to tell friends and family never to either. So disappointing

Appliance Deliery

I bought an appliance from what I thought was a reputable business, yet I was told it was sent to a claims department of a company I have nothing to do with. And not one communication since I stated that.
The appliance I bought I have no idea if it will have issues after being dropped in my home, directly in front of me. I have a broken tile that cannot be replaced. The delivery person cut their hand badly, and I had to clean up blood off of the appliance and my floor. Why they were not wearing proper PPE such as gloves for protection is unknown.

Horrible customer service

I ordered my stove October 6th and Bad Boy accepted my money October 7th. I emailed for ETA of delivery aren’t got an email back telling me mid October. On October 15th after not hearing from Bad Boy I called and emails for almost a week, being disconnected multiple time’s and transferred around multiple times as no one seemed to care about my concern for the product I have already paid for.
I was told the delivery estimation was wrong and it will be an additional 6-8 weeks!!! I currently don’t have a stove and now I have to wait another 2 months.
I’m obviously frustrated at this point as I can’t wait. I was offered a smaller unit 4.8 cu ft With 4 burners not the 5.0 Cu ft 5 burners that I ordered which is insulting. I was told there was nothing else they could do. I was not happy with this so I was again transferred to a manager who would call me back same day which again didn’t happen.
A manager from Ottawa Even called me the next day who was very dismissive and wouldn’t give me an opportunity to explain my situation with out cutting me off and then had to take another call mid conversation instead of helping me. He told so “I see we have offered you other options but you didn’t want that” I was offered one option that was a smaller unit with less options, so no I did not want that. He then attempted to up sell me on a different model telling me he could do it for 999 when it’s on sale for 949 on your website. I’m insulted that I’m being asked to pay more money to have a service I have paid for already to be taken care of. I called Even our on the price and the fact that he’s up selling me in to which he argued. Up selling an upset customer is a disgusting sales tactic and being told I’m wrong is disrespectful. The experience prior to speaking with Evan was bad but after my conversation with him I’m irate with the lack of customer service I have received. Evan continued to tell me good luck with Best Buy or Home Depot as they have the same problems but I’m not on the phone with them I’m on the phone with a “manager” from Bad boy. His attitude, constant interruptions, dismissiveness, putting me on hold so he can take calls, telling me I’m wrong and mocking me is appalling. I asked Evan for my money back and he told me next week!!!
Are you kidding me!!!
Not only have I been put out for 20+ days
Not only have I spent hours on the phone trying to get this fixed
Not only have I been offered a lower end model or pay more as my ONLY 2 options
Not only have I been treated like garbage by a “manager”
But now I have to wait till next week for my own money!!!!
WOW your company really knows how to destroy a reputation.

Utterly disgusting costumer service.

And After being mocked for not being able to find a unit anywhere else I made 2 phone calls and can have the same model delivered next weekend so Evan so do his research and stop treating paying customers like their morons!!!

Delivery Status

I am LIVID with this store.. I have been wating two months for an order I was told would take a couple weeks to come in. At this point, they will not give me a refund, they will not answer my phone calls and I have yet to figure out a set day I will be receiving my bedroom set. I was told that they are not allowed to do a refund even though I asked for it a day after I made the purchase. They trap you into a commitment and are extremely unprofessional and not dependable on customer orders and guarantees. SO DISAPPOINTING.
