Bought a new freezer

Stay away from Bad Boy!! We purchased a freezer in Dec 2020. It said on their website it was available and would take two to six weeks for delivery. I called to confirm. I was told the same thing. Six months later, no freezer. I called multiple times, and was told there was nothing they could do. I emailed a manager and never heard back. There is no communication from this company. I had to call them every time. Finally I had to upgrade to a more expensive freezer because that one was in stock. It was an extra $200 that I didn't want to spend but had little choice. Bad Boy does not offer refunds and they still did not have the freezer we ordered in stock. When I called to confirm the delivery of the new freezer I got attitude from the person on the other end saying he didn't know anything and couldn't help me. This from customer service!! When the guys came to deliver the freezer, they scratched our hardwood floors. Absolutely the worst!!! The freezer itself works fine. The company is terrible.

Worst experience

Extremely Bad Customer Service and very poor-Quality product furniture

Bought "L-shaped couch" from Brampton store which did not even last for one year still the couch is under warranty .

I did approach 4 times to Bad boy's head office and made many calls to the office but they never respond to it.

The sales person in the store sells the warranty along with the product by giving all false promises when time comes to use the warranty then the whole Bad boys team will be not in our reach, they will try to escape from you.

the best lesson from this "Bad Boys Stores" is that NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!! Worst experience ever. This is my first ever review as I don’t really have the time to write these but this company surely deserves zero star.

I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Their customer service is horrible and all the complaints . Their customer service is horrible and Bad boy does not value their customers.
Planning to reach consumer court for their irresponsible act of response and their Warranty policy

Frigidaire Air Fry Tray

NEVER EVER AGAIN! Order a Frigidaire air fry tray from them Nov. 20/20. I ordered it here because it was listed as in stock. Started following up in December regarding pick up - no one answered phones or emails! Come April tried social media chat - was told check again in May. I am now picking it up June 9/20. You have got to do better than that! If its not in stock don’t advertise it as if it is. Totally unhappy with total lack of professionalism and inability to be reached. Would give a negative rating if I could!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!! Worst experience ever. This is my first ever review as I don’t really have the time to write these but this company surely deserves one. Purchased a fridge from here as they were sold out everywhere else and it showed they had stock on their website as I needed this fridge ASAP. Estimated shipping time was supposed to be 1-3 weeks as stated on their website. It has now been about a month and a half, and just got told of would take at least ANOTHER MONTH to arrive. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Every time I call them, you are on hold for an hour just to be told there is nothing they can do. Once you place an order, they couldn’t care less about you. All sales are final so you can’t even return anything. Pricing was more expensive than anywhere else. I only ordered from this place as they were false advertising and stated they had stock which they obviously did not. Gonna have to purchase a Fridge elsewhere as I probably won’t be receiving this one for another 6 months. Just look at all of the 1 star reviews on this place!! Please SAVE YOUR MONEY and NEVER buy anything from this place!! Biggest mistake I’ve ever made, please learn from my mistake.

We MIGHT get out bedframe July 15th (4 and half months later)

I will never order from lastmens bad boys again! And will be posting this review EVERYWHERE.
It all started March 7th 2021, we ordered an 8 piece bedroom set "TLK gallery Sammi series bedroom set in dark brown/grey TLK7923-B" for $1,800 + 120.77 for 5 year warranty. We were told by Jarod Since they did not have it in stock at the London Ontario location it would be 3 weeks to get it. Most of there stuff comes from warehouse and is a 3-6 week time frame.

Fast forward to April 17 (6 weeks later) They said they would call by the end of the week to set up a delivery time.

April 26 (7 weeks since ordering) we finally get a call they're bringing everything but bed frame tomorrow... Fine, were are told the bedframe will arrive the 1st week of June.

TODAY June 4 (3 months later)
We are now told we won't be getting our bedframe until July 15th...

During this whole fiasco we have had to make every call do every follow up to inquire where our items are and when we will be recieving them. We have been offered no compensation for the inconvenience or anything...
If this was the other way around and we recieved product without paying upfront, how much interest would have accrued in 3 months, how much by July 15th?
You're customers are not hear to loan you money until you have the product 4 and a half months later!
And on-top of that, it should not be the customers job, after paying almost $2000 to chase after you to find out there is yet another delay!

And our 5 year warranty better not start until the day we recieve our bedframe because if something happens July 12th 2026 and it's not covered even though it has only been in my possession for for 4 years and 11 months I will be furious....

Terrible Company - Updated - Bad Boy Came Through

I placed an order for a freezer expecting a reasonable delivery date, after waiting a month for any sort of communication on behalf of Bad Boy I reached out to their customer service department and was informed that the freezer should arrive to their warehouse in another two months and should be delivered to me shortly after that. I explained to them that this was unacceptable and requested a refund. I was told that all sales are final. As far as i am concerned, no sale has taken place as there has been no exchange of product or service for money, they have simply taken my money and given me nothing but empty promises in return.

*UPDATE*
It is a shame that one has to take to social media in order for a company to take corrective action but I will give kudos to Bad Boy for rectifying this situation.

Taking advantage of the lockdown online ordering

With everything shut down, I needed a sofa and loveseat for a new apartment. Specifically looking for a set that was listed as "Available" with "Local Delivery". I found what appeared to be a decent set for a decent price on the Bad Boy web site. Purchased on May 5th and waited for the email to schedule delivery. When I called them on May 13th they said I would net be scheduled for delivery as that set is unavailable with no availability date.

I requested they refund me so I can purchase a set from a local vendor they gave me the run around for a day, sending me back and forth between numbers until I gave up and emailed. Now they are emailing saying I can only get a credit, no refunds. WOW!!! Selling a product they don't have and then holding me hostage to the credit card charge!

While I have filed a dispute with the CC company, Lastman you have lost a customer big time. I have purchased 2 livingroom sets, 3 dishwashers, 4 fridges and 2 stoves from your Kitchener store. What a way to take advantage of consumers during the lockdown by advertising what you don't have and then attempting to keep my dollars.

Be ashamed Lastman, be ashamed!

Online shopping and customer service

I ordered online and a product wasnt available so I've been told several times I will get an online code. It's about 400$. I was "guaranteed" that I'd get it but have not. Call after flipping call and still nothing. They are corrupt and just another company using the pandemic to make excuses for bad business practices. I am being ripped off for 400$. I will be going to BBB but even that is a pain in the but. Please do not order anything from badboy online. Thier customer service is horrible and I will never shop at badboy again

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

I purchased a sectional couch from Badboy on January 16 2021. I was told initially that the delivery time frame was 6-8 weeks which is reasonable. Within 8 weeks, at the end of February I contacted Badboy for an update and I was told I would be contacted in March to arrange for delivery. I followed up March 5 and was told that only half of the sectional (the couch portion) was available for delivery. Delivery was scheduled for March 17. I was told the other half (chaise) would be delivered at the end of March. On March 30 I contacted Badboy and was told that the chaise was out of stock. The representative refused to issue me a refund and refused to take back half of the sectional that was delivered on March 17. After more than an hour on the phone with the agent, I was transferred to speak to a manager by the name of Evan. Evan refused to issue a refund and told me the chaise MIGHT be in stock in July. Evan contacted me back later that day and promised that the chaise would be delivered to their warehouse on April 23. April 26 I contacted Evan and he assured me that there was 1 chaise in their warehouse and that it would be delivered to me today, April 30. I followed up with Evan a few times and he promised the item would be delivered. I waited until 12pm today with no confirmation of delivery. I reached out to Evan and he said the product was not loaded on the truck as it was misplaced in the warehouse. He is literally sending me in circles and he continues to refuse to refund my entire purchase and refused to refund the cost of the chaise. Ashley Homestore has the same sectional in stock and they said they could deliver the couch in 2 business days but Badboy won’t refund me for the order they can’t fill!!! Ashley Homestore also offered to sell me the chaise but Badboy refused to issue me a refund.

I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Their customer service is horrible and all the complaints I have read through the BBB and google have to do with orders that cannot be fulfilled and delivered to customers. Their customer service is horrible and Badboy does not value their customers. They advertise items as in stock in their website and once the order is placed they have nothing but excuses for why they can’t deliver the order. Yet they refuse to offer a refund!!!

WORST EVER!!!

Ordered a bedroom set for my son, came damaged now I’m constantly fighting with them for a replacement. They blame everything on being short staffed, to Covid, and then to new systems. I’m still fighting with them at the moment for a replacement dresser that they owe me. Stay AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY! You’re better off buying furniture from literally anywhere else but this horrible business!!! Worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life!
