George is professional, knowledgeable and took his time to explain the situation and answer our questions. The scope of work involved using a camera and flex shaft machine to clear the grease and root accumulation of the underground pipe. He executed his work with care and thoroughness . Had a drain issue around the city connection that was causing issues, they went out of their way to figure it out and provide a solution, didn't charge extra for the hassle. Also fixed a leaking water line. Haven't had any further issues after 4 years.

Price wise, they have standard rates but don't have any hidden costs and are straight forward with their pricing, so overall cheaper than other companies while providing the best quality.

Andrei did a great job tackling two tough plumbing jobs for me: unclogging a bathroom sink and fixing a dishwasher that wasn't draining. Both jobs were more difficult than they sound but Andrei was diligent and creative to figure out and fix both. I also appreciated that he showed up when he said he would and communicated his every step. Great service!

Strong work from start to finish. The guys did my sanitary pit clean-out and pump replacement, mechanical vent installation, backwater valve permit and installation including all concrete work, main drain clean-out, valve replacements, and soldering repairs. Chris in the office is responsive and capable. George is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional -- someone whose recommendation you can trust.

I had a kitchen faucet that had low pressure when using cold water. After sending an email to Advanced Plumbing, Chris got in touch with me right away and scheduled a technician to come to the house and diagnose the problem. Andrei showed up on time and quickly figured out the issue. It was a simple fix and he was also more than happy to give me a couple of tips regarding faucets in general. I would absolutely recommend Andrei for his knowledge and Chris for his communication skills. I will be sure to call Advanced Plumbing for any repairs I require in the future.
