Advanced Plumbing

Had a leaky ceiling and needed to fix it asap! Chose Advanced Plumbing Inc. and so very happy that I did. Andrei did a great job and explained everything that was wrong and what he did to fix the issue. He fixed it quickly and even cleaned up afterwards. I am very satisfied with his work and his professional attitude.
I wanted to update my review because we found a leak near the original location and contacted Chris from Advanced Plumbing. He hit in touch with Andrei and scheduled an appoint the next day. As usual Andrei did a great job and I wasnt charged for the job and he also provided some insight of where the water may have come from. If I could give more than 10 stars I would. This is the best customer service Ive had!

I had a diverter spout which, over time, collected enough limescale that when using the shower, 1/2 the water came out of the spout and only 1/2 came out of the shower head. Impossible to clean, even with CLR.

Advanced noticed the pipe stub was composed of a smooth copper pipe, then a connector, then threaded pipe out of that, so they had to switch the diverter spout choice to "screw it to the threads on the end" from "use a set screw at the other end".

And it did not help when you looked from under the spout, it looked like the smooth, set screw type, only, no there was no set screw. Of course, Murphy's Law applies with house repair parts, always.

Now I don't waste water and have actual water pressure at the shower head. I have been putting up with this for far too long, frankly. I called them and they came the next day. Well done job, 24 hour service.

Note I had them come by before and they showed my why the toilet bowl bloops on flushing which is a feature not a defect and reassured me something was not wrong.

This kind of fast, helpful and thorough service is why I patronize independent service businesses in my neighbourhood.

Once that was obtained, smooth as silk.

We loved our kitchen sink and dishwasher. Ian removed old water service lines and drainage and installed new ones. He went above and beyond by actually crawling into our kitchen crawl space to get the job done.
Advanced Plumbing was easy to book, showed up on time, and were professional. On top of that, they communicated clearly about the work and billing.

Great experience from the quoting to the actual work being completed on time and on budget. The responsiveness was excellent and communication was awesome. After dealing with all of the trades involved in our renovation, Advanced was by far the most enjoyable.

This is the fourth or fifth time I have used Advanced Plumbing and I am very happy with the customer service and the quality of work. Andrei was professional and helpful and answered all my questions and completed the work in a timely fashion.

Advanced Plumbing is a fantastic company in every respect, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Chris, their appointments scheduler, is incredibly nice, competent, and accommodating, as is (owner?) Greg; their plumbers Ian and George are truly superlative; their prices reasonable; their turn-around time quick. Moreover, Advanced Plumbing has gone above and beyond in assisting me with two problems: first, Ian saved me several hundred dollars on a tricky toilet installation, creatively dealing with an uneven floor in a way that produced a great result without having to break the floor to install a new flange; second, George was a godsend in identifying a sewer blockage on city property (with his camera and sensor) and then assisting me in getting the City to acknowledge and treat this obstruction. This last was a big hassle which required George's coming out twice more, first to verify the blockage and take a video that I could send the city, and second to meet a Toronto water person and walk them through the situation to verify (finally!) that the blockage was on City property. Throughout the whole ordeal George couldn't have been nicer, and same for Chris, who did everything he could to assist in coordinating things. I'm so glad I found Advanced Plumbing---they are my plumbing saviours and I'll be their customer (and friend) for life!

We had quite a bit of water backing up into our basement during rain storms. Advanced Plumbing responded to our call in a very timely way, respecting Covid precautions and our schedule. George discovered tree roots were blocking both the storm and sanitary sewers and provided written estimates for two separate difficult jobs. George and his team replaced an old trap, and installed new clean outs for both lines. The excavation was not as deep as anticipated, so the bill was significantly lower than the estimates. We truly respected George's clear explanations, thorough professionalism, integrity and honesty.

I have used Advanced plumbing twice now for different repairs. Great customer service and the technician was a delight to work with. He explained everything, was efficient and did an excellent job.

Andrei represented the company well. Everything was done in a timely manner and thorough. The company communicated well too via Chris.
