Hot and cold taps (in both bathroom and basement), tub spout, diverter, caulking around the bathtub - all needed quick upgrades due to leaks, knobs being stuck, etc. Ian and Amen came in and gave us a number of options. The quotes were fair and thorough - we decided to go all in on their recommendations and are very pleased. No hesitation here in recommending the team from Advanced Plumbing.

The plumber, Ian, was professional and nice. He was able to give us a quote and worked to fix a leak in our basement that would happen any time we turned on the garden hose. We are happy with the service and would recommend.

My mother's bathroom toilet broke unexpectedly in middle of the night and Greg answered my panic call promptly, which I was beyond grateful for. Toilet leak due to previously poor attempts at replacing the gasket. Very professional and respectful to work with.

Andre arrived on time and set about figuring out the issue. He gave me two alternatives for the repair (fixing or replacing a damaged part), and once I chose he set about repairing the bidet. He then tested for leaks and invited me to do the same. No time wasted and a job well done.

Very happy with the prompt and friendly service. Ian gave us useful advice and did not try to up-sell. Cleared the drain and fixed an old toilet for a reasonable price. I will definitely call them back when we renovate our kitchen.
