Greg has a full understanding of his trade and his team are all clean and professional. If you have a large problem that you're not sure what the issue is and/or other companies were unsure of, call Advanced Plumbing. Had a drain issue around the city connection that was causing issues, they went out of their way to figure it out and provide a solution, didn't charge extra for the hassle. Also fixed a leaking water line. Haven't had any further issues after 4 years. Price wise, they have standard rates but don't have any hidden costs and are straight forward with their pricing, so overall cheaper than other companies while providing the best quality.

Provides a warranty for his work, though haven't needed to use it. Had a stove top element, oven, and dishwasher for a tenant that needed repairs, wasn't able to be there myself or double check that they weren't working because was out of town. David could have claimed to have fixed the oven and I wouldn't have known any better, but told me it was working fine, just the switch was acting up and didn't charge for it. After two years, stove and dishwasher are still working fine.

Had a rental with cockroaches. Pestend explained there were two options, one a light duty option and a heavy one, I chose the light duty and was told if the roaches returned they would come back and honour their warranty of free service. After a few weeks, the roaches did return and Pestend used their stronger gel option at no cost. Been roach free for a few years now.

Had an old legacy piping setup and previous plumber opened all the valves which was causing an issue. Sam took the time to figure what the problem was, explained it to me and fixed the issue. He could have spoken poorly of the previous unrelated plumber and upsold the work (quite common), did neither. Class act.
