This is the second time we went with Brock for our window needs. The first time we replaced 10 windows and this time around we replaced 9 windows and one door. As usual John and his team were excellent. They came in and replaced all the windows within the same day and cleaned up everything before leaving. We are very happy with the Northstar windows and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace their windows. Brian the sales person was very knowledgable and very nice to talk with.

Completely satisfied. That's how we felt after the whole window shopping and installation process was over. After weeks of getting quotes from different window companies and after much research online, we ended up going with Brock for various reasons. From Terry their sales rep who made us feel comfortable in choosing the right windows and colour to visiting their showroom and actually seeing the difference between their products and others the choice became easy. Their quote was not the cheapest but after reading about their products and seeing it in person we were convinced that the price premium was worth it. And to be honest, the price difference was within 10% anyways. During the installation we were extremely pleased with Dan and his crew. Dan was very professional and was always willing to answer any of my questions about the windows and installation. The crew always cleaned up after themselves each night and always arrived at the agreed upon time each morning. If only all other installers were as good as these guys. Brock is very lucky to have a guy like Dan and his crew working for them. Now that the windows have been installed for almost two months, we can say that we're still extremely satisfied and completely love the look of them. We will definitely use Brock again for any additional work at our house.

We needed to replace the front doors to our house in Markham. They comprised double doors with non-standard side lights and transom. We visited several showrooms but were most impressed with Brock, where Kevin, a truly knowledgable sales person, explained the different types of products and what would be required. He visited the house the next day and took measurements. He was a pleasure to deal with, and we signed the order there and then.

A few days later the installer arrived and re-confirmed all the dimensions. The door arrived on the day they said it would, and in a few hours it had been professionally installed by a really good team. They fully cooperated with our locksmsith in the installation of locksets and new hardware, and they left the place clean and tidy. They took a template of the interior casing and transom, and again the installer was here when he said he would be, to finish the interior casings. Again he left the place clean and tidy.

The salesperson and the installer are a credit to Brock. Our new glass and wrought iron doors look fabulous (mind you, for the price they should). Well done Brock!

We recently purchased a cottage in Barrie that required all new windows. We decided to have the windows in our home in Burlington done at the same time and wanted to go with a company who could do both locations. We selected Brock because when comparing the estimates they were the most economical even with such a high quality window. We were further impressed with the professionalism of the installers. Each team of installers treated our home like it was their own and took great care to ensure we were satisfied with the final result.

I would not hesitate to recommend Brock to my friends.

We had the porch enclosure installed last fall (2009) by Brock Doors & Windows & Sunrooms. We are totally dissatisfied with their repair service. We've had water leaking every time it rains. We've called for repair for one year and the problem remained unsolved due to the lack of professionalism of both the company itself and its employee. The problem still remains until now. When it rains and water comes in, we call them to come and take a look (we have picture of what really happened), they don't come and when they pass by to check, they say that nothing is wrong. We have been waiting for one year long before WE WROTE THIS COMMENT. Do they understand that we tried to give a chance to right what is wrong.
We get stuck with Brock because of the good feedback from customers. Now it is time for people to think over they come to ask their service. If the problem remains unsolved, we will have to get help from the consumers protection organization.

What: 13 Windows, 2 double patio sliders, double entry door and side door. From Mark in Sales to Lindsay the install coordinator to Dan & Ryan who installed all are professional, friendly people. Great advice from Mark, communication from entire team. Good price for top quality North Star and Doorplex product with a great warranty.

Dan & Ryan showed up when they said they would, and did a great job. Brock's immediate service on a change to a door kept Dan and team rolling.

Eddie and Mike did a superb job on fitting our doors and windows. They worked quietly, efficiently, extremely hard and tidied up after themselves. However, what impressed us most about Brock was that when a problem arose - and in our case it was a custom-made cold room door that had been wrongly ordered - the company took ownership of the problem, and at their own expense, re-ordered the door. As a result, they were given additional business by us - and, not surprisingly, we requested Eddie for the job!

10 Years ago we moved into our home and needed windows installed. We called Brock Home Improvements and have never regretted our decision. When we decided to look for a storm door, Brock was our first call. Mario called us personally to arrange the measurements and in no time our door arrived and was installed expertly. Now I have wonderful light flooding our front hall.

Our story is simple. We required front windows and a double door for our home in 2009. Brock was courteous, precise and honest. They had a very reputable product - triple glazed windows. Their showroom was well stocked and manned by the Owner himself - John Nolet. He was sincere and happy to answer all of our questions. He did not push any product. He simply showed us what the features of the various windows and doors were. He did not rush us. We recognized that we wanted to deal with a company like Brock and placed our order. In 2010, when we required windows on another of our homes, we ONLY contacted Brock. The same scenario as in 2009 unfolded in 2010. Mr. Nolet remembered us from the year before and we placed our order. The installation was done very professionally and the installers even vacuumed after themselves. We trust Brock because of the owners, the product and the installers.

It was a pleasure dealing with Brock Home Improvement for our 2nd floor replacement windows. Previously, we had a rather bad experience with another company on our main floor windows. We were deceived in regards to what was contractually promised. This time around, we made the right choice. From my first visit to the Brampton showroom, through quoting stages, to delivery and installation, the team from Brock were courteous, knowledgable and totally professional. They took all the necessary steps to ensure our total satisfaction. Our new windows are wonderful. Thanks again Brock, for an experience that all consumers deserve and demand. You were truly, first class.
