Our general contractor Natanael brought in Laureano and his team from Canada Electrical Service. I was amazed at the speed that Laureano and team did the rough-in work. He ensured that we talked about anything important I. E. Position and order of the switches, 2 way vs. 3 way, current rating etc, etc. Laureano also upgraded our main panel / service for a very good price, we now have enough current and circuits for our Reno and future needs. We also moved some existing switches upstairs, for an extremely reasonable and and fair price. Great communication, responsiveness, skill and price.

Natanael and his team are outstanding. He is very easy to work with and genuinely wants you to be extremely happy with everything he does. "Problem" does not exist in his vocabulary, rather it's "anything is possible". Natanael and Pupi have the experience to tackle anything that arises with creative approaches that you will be very satisfied with. All his trades are extremely good too: plumber, electrician, mudders, tile mason, and painters all are skilled and take pride in their work. Everyone is polite, shows up when they say they will, work hard and cleanup after themselves. We are so happy with his work; we should be living in the basement rather than the rest of the house! We've already recommended him to neighbours. We'd love to have him back to do our upstairs kitchen. Eric and Lisa.

Timea and Mike are helpful and pleasant to deal with. They have lots of knowledge, experience and advice to offer. We made several visits and they always had or made plenty of time to look after us. Timea also proactively checked stock at their suppliers to ensure we would have the flooring available to meet our aggressive timelines. We purchased about 1100 sq ft of luxury vinyl plank flooring at a competitive price. They were also very flexible when we found we had ordered too much and accommodated our return. Very happy with the service and the product. Will be back to see them when we re-do our kitchen.

From start to finish, Paul, Alex, Bill and the team were great. Paul came out several times to help us with the design and provided written estimates. Work started a bit later than anticipated, but Paul was proactive communicating and managing my expectations. Alex and Bill got everything done in short order, accommodating several requests from my wife and I along the way. The crew showed up when they said they would, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Post job customer service is also great, we had them come back to tweak a couple of minor things. Fair price, great workmanship, and communication. That's the reason they keep getting such high ratings.

Heavy rains Sunday night and a basement reno starting Monday morning. Got up early to check for leaks prior to the reno guys coming. Much to my despair found 5 or 6 new leaks. Of the 3 companies called - 1 could come in a week, 1 never called back. Customer reception at DryShield was friendly and said that Peter the tech would give me a call back shortly. He did and accommodated my needs early the next day. The leaks are patched, my reno continues, disaster averted. Pete is a pro, spotted the cracks / leaks, looked after everything quickly, cleaned up afterwards, was pleasant to deal with and solved my problems yet again. Fairly priced. These are my go-to folks. Highly recommended!

Anita selected colours for our first floor and master bedroom. She took the time to understand our style. We were both very impressed with how quickly she helped us get to actionable choices. This would have taken us days and days. We did the majority of the painting ourselves and absolutely love the colours she suggested. Anita also helped us with numerous other items; design guidance, where to put artwork, collectables, furniture placement; suggestions for pillow sizes, placement and fabric colour. Anita also offered post visit guidance via email, phone and in-person. I would highly recommend Anita.

Maurice came to measure the windows the day I called him. Maurice brought samples of everything we were interested in, and reviewed the options and pricing. As we were still a little unsure of which option to go with, we said we would get back to Maurice once we had made our choice. Lead time was usually 5 business days. We made our choice just before Labour day. His supplier had some issue with parts and it took a bit longer, but Maurice managed our expectations well. He tracked availability of the finished product, and came to install them on a Saturday afternoon. The supplier had finished manufacture the Saturday morning. Great customer service, and reasonable prices.

Purchased a Samsung Induction stove and a large (28 cubic foot) Samsung French Door / Bottom Freezer fridge. Faouzi took his time with us, showed our options and there was zero pressure. Delivery was on-time, and the guys were courteous, professional and did a great job. Induction is relatively new tech to North America, and I had done lot's of research, enough to know that I needed the extended warranty. Sure enough, the stove had major problems the first morning we used it. My wife cooks for 3 hours every morning and reliability is key. While we could have asked for it to be repaired, we were sufficiently scared off the technology to switch to a flat-top radiant model. Faouzi was most understanding and exchanged the stove with another Samsung product, even matching the price. Customer service is one of the reason's I chose to do business with Faulkner's and I'm so glad I did. Better yet, their prices are several hundred dollars less than a nationwide retailer. I would highly recommend Faouzi, Gord and the rest of the team to all. Faouzi thanks for making it right!

Nanette guided us through the process, took us shopping, including a trades only gem for tile and flooring. Her advice was always good, helping us shy away from trends towards results that will last for years. She seemed to be able to quickly key in on our sense of style and was able to suggest options that made our decisions easy. Peter, as one of Nanette's contractor partners did work of outstanding quality (did not include his services in price above). We also appreciated Nanette's ability to add the perfect finishing touches. Something we have a very difficult time in doing. All work was completed on time and within the (revised, and more realistic) budget. Thank-you, Eric & Lisa

Fred is personable, came at the appointed time, managed my expectations and worked extremely hard getting out this nasty stain. Also cleaned car upholstery suffering from blood stain. Highly recommended.

What: 13 Windows, 2 double patio sliders, double entry door and side door. From Mark in Sales to Lindsay the install coordinator to Dan & Ryan who installed all are professional, friendly people. Great advice from Mark, communication from entire team. Good price for top quality North Star and Doorplex product with a great warranty. Dan & Ryan showed up when they said they would, and did a great job. Brock's immediate service on a change to a door kept Dan and team rolling. A great customer experience. Highly recommended!

Joe was prompt in his call back to arrange the appointment, very friendly, made himself accessable at reasonable times. Will arrived at scheduled time, explained everything thorougly, took his shoes off at the door. Very pleased with service, attitude and attention to detail.
