It was a pleasure dealing with Brock Home Improvement for our 2nd floor replacement windows. Previously, we had a rather bad experience with another company on our main floor windows. We were deceived in regards to what was contractually promised. This time around, we made the right choice. From my first visit to the Brampton showroom, through quoting stages, to delivery and installation, the team from Brock were courteous, knowledgable and totally professional. They took all the necessary steps to ensure our total satisfaction. Our new windows are wonderful. Thanks again Brock, for an experience that all consumers deserve and demand.
