I needed some smaller jobs to be done. I went on Home Stars looking for a reliable handyman. Handy 4 you sounded just perfect . The reviews by former customers that had used the Co. were all excellent. Glen , the owner of the Co., arrived on time as promised with his helper. Everything was completed in the shortest period of time.What he was unable to fix , he said so . Will definitely call them again in the future and also recommend the Co. to my friends and neighbours.

I phoned ' PC Service on Site' to help me with the transfer of data and the hook up of a new PC with Windows 10 operating system. As Chris had worked for me before, I asked for him again. He completed everything in a short period of time due to his extensive experience and tremendous knowledge of the working of computers in general. He also explained important things about the new system and some of the changes from Windows 7 . Thanks to Chris I enjoy my new PC and feel comfortable with Windows 10. I would definitely recommend 'PC Service on Site' (Chris) to my friends.

When switching from my very old PC (still working with Windows XP)to a newer one with Windows 7 as the operating system, I contacted PC Service on site based on their excellent reviews for help. Chris arrived on time as promised and did the necessary things to get the newer PC up and running. His knowledge, as PC's are concerned, is impressive. The work crew arrived early on the day promised and worked late to finish the new roof.They were friendly, hard working and knew what they were doing. I selected Strong Plumbing Co. based on their top reviews. Valentin arrived on the day as promised and did a fine job removing the old and installing the new toilet. The few problems encountered by doing the work he solved in no time based on his extensive experience and excellent job knowledge.The work area he left clean and tidy. Will use his service again in the future and will recommend his Co. to friends and neighbours.

After doing some research on-line I selected Marsh's Stove and Fireplace based on their top ratings. The advice & service I received, especially from Willem, were excellent. He came to the house, took all measurements and explained into detail the work required.He also answered all my questions to my satisfaction The installers arrived on time on the assigned day. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed in a very short time. The clean-up was commendable. I am very happy with my Valor gas fireplace, enjoy the warmth and love watching the dancing flames. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and neighbours for a similar job.

Solutions Electrical was referred to me by another Homestars Co. who was unable to fit me in. The Electrician form Solutions Electrical arrived on the day and time as promised. He checked the breaker panel and found a few loose ones, which he tightend, who had caused an outage of power in half of the house. He was very professional and knowledgable and explained to me how to check for this kind of a problem in the future. I will not hesitate to deal with this Company in the future and would recommend Solutions Electrical to my friends and neighbours.

The invisible screen was installed professionally and quickly. It looks good and works well. Now I can enjoy the fresh air coming through the front door. I am glad I added the 'no slam' option which helps the screen return slowly when it's not needed. The clean up after the job was first rate. Would not hesitate to recommend the Co. to my friends and neighbours.

I selected Dudley's Discount Doors to install a new front door with side panels mainly because of the good reviews of previous customers. I was not disappointed. It was a professional job from start to finish with excellent results. The clean up after the installation was commendable. The new door does wonders for the older house. I would not hesitate for a minute to recommend the Co. to my friends and neighbours who are planning to have this type of work done.

I selected Mapleleaf Electric Inc. based on the excellent reviews written by previous customers. I was not disappointed. An employee, Adam, arrived at the promised time and did a fine job in installing the lighting. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me what he was going to do. As this is an older house (80 - 90 years) there were some problems with the installation as the standards for electrical work must have been different from today's. Adam overcame this problem using his experience and his quick thinking mind. He cleaned up after his work. I am happy with the new lighting and Adam's work. Will not hesitate to recommend this Co. again.

I decided on A-Plus Precision Granite Inc. to install the granite countertop/backsplash after reviewing the comments made by others who had dealt with the Co. before. All were good. Emil and his helper did a fine job, even though there were some problems with the walls not being straight and bulging ( common in older homes). Emil's extensive job knowledge and experience solved those problems. The end result based on a first rate workmanship was a fabulous looking kitchen. The job was finished a week before the deadline. I would not hesitate to recommend A-Plus Precision Granite to my friends and neighbours.

Paul and Steve arrived on time. They had to carry their equipment in the house, as parking at the door was unavailabe. The work they were going to do was explained and shown to me. I was impressed with their knowledge and experience in the duct cleaning business. The work was completed in relatively short time period. Everything was left clean and tidy. It was a job well done. I would not hesitate to recommend the co. to my friends and neighbours. Next time, when needed, it's going to be The Duct Cleaning Specialits for sure.

I am very pleasd and happy with my new windows. They look great and the workmanship is first class. The old windows were taken away, and the yard cleared of any discarded material. The veranda was even vacuumed after the first part of the work was finished. Everything was left clean and spotless. Thank you very much.
