So glad to have this great site available for assistance in choosing a reputable contractor! Jim at Reach Restoration helped us out so quickly and professionally. Needed some brick repair done before a new deck installation . Jim squeezed us in, even working through a weekend. He is so pleasant , calm and meticulous . Addressed all issues around all walls of our house. Listened closely to our concerns and followed through . Came back promptly to finish a small spot even on the hottest day on record. Out of town when our son discovered a leak in our furnace room, of unknown cause. Thankfully he got Mat's number from a friend . Mat from Red Fox came over the same day, found the cause ( leaking water line from fridge) and fixed it! Once we got home , knowing what a terrific job he did, we called him back to finish up some other issues we wanted completed, on 2 toilets, and an outdoor valve. Matt was a pleasure to have in our home, very respectful and conscientious, and professional. Great to know a company like this ! We are very grateful to him.

Thanks to his wonderful reviews on Homestars, we contacted Aubrey and he was able to come by noon the following day. He is very methodical , calm, knowledgeable, experienced, and dependable. He zeroed in on what the cause was and had a retrofit part to fix the issue. No problem putting all the pieces back together, he looked at the job as a challenge and a puzzle. Another year has gone by and it was time to service our filters, both kitchen sink and fridge water. Happy to have RON walk in again, year after year he is like an old friend! Called Mors on a Saturday hoping he would be able to help us secure our dishwasher door with some new springs. He was highly recommended on Homestars. Just as everyone said, he was quick to book us for the following day, a snowy Sunday, showed up when he promised, and stayed with us until he figured out a way to fix our issue. The whole time he was pleasant and calm. He kept his word about the price and we are so pleased to now have a reliable name to put on our list if any of our appliances need repair. Thank you Mors!

Needed a small truck and 2 men to use for condo to retirement home. Niko showed up right on time, worked constantly with no breaks, and even called ina 3rd man to help when we arrived at retirement home. Kept the same price as quoted . Very nice guys and efficient service. Would use again!

Thanks to Dave for running this reputable company in our neighbourhood. We have been using this product for years and enjoy the clean drinking water from our kitchen sink as well as fridge. Ron is our service person and we always enjoy his visits.He is a genius and has solved many of our plumbing questions over the years. So nice to be happy with a local company and highly recommend them!

Newest technology for monitoring the home even while out of town, by phone or computer. Install can be combined with existing alarm system . We added many new contacts which are now wireless . Main keypad is easy to use and has a modern look. Besides burglar alarm , can also control lighting and appliances if you want to. Complete install took about 4 days , due to some of old wired contacts not cooperating. Otherwise can be done in 2 days .

Double sink with water filling up on both sides. Tried all suggestions from internet. No luck. Finally called Mr. Rooter and Steve Gillespie showed up right on time. He tried seveal things but no luck. He did not give up. After 3 hours he tried again with the big snake and went 25 ft in and finally got it! Steve was so patient and did not get frustrated. He looked at it like a puzzle and was determined to come up with a solution. We appreciated his friendly nature and calm manner. Thank you to this company and especially Steve. We have now become Mr. Rooter Club members!!!

Have used this company for many years in a row and we are always satisfied with their work and dependability! Brothers Ross and Bob are so reliable . They and their crew do a nice clean edging and cutting of our lawn. Twice a season they trim the bushes . Often we get compliments on our lawn by people passing by! Thanks to the hard working men !

Came home to a very warm house one August night and thermostat read 79 F! Called Air Quality and as a Gold member we got such quick service- within a few hours we had a call back and a service person at our door, ready to go! We have had Mehdi do our previous service and were so happy to see him on call that night. He worked outside in the dark with his flashlight and within a few minutes he id'd the problem and made the repair. A/C back on and we had a good night's sleep. So happy we did not have to suffer through a hot night and wait for a call the following day. All done, all DUNRITE! THANK YOU MEHDI !!!

TIme to clear out the basement and nobody wanted the big wall unit or large older style tv's. Tried donating and giving away for free but no bites. Finally decided to call Just Junk (Toronto North)based on great reviews on Homestars. Same day service, appt. time scheduled between 1 and 3 pm. At 1:30 we got the call ... 10 minutes away. Right on time the truck pulled up with Justin and Cody. Two young very strong men were able to clear everything from garage and basement within 90 minutes. Very pleasant men and nothing fazed them, even when parts of the wall unit ( which we disassembled before they arrived) were so heavy and bulky. They managed to get everything up from the basement without any wall damage. They are very hard working polite men. We really appreciated their service. We highly recommend this company. They did everything as promised . Thank you.

Nev was a pleasure to deal with. He showed up on time and inspected our bedroom area where we had some ice dam problems. After giving us some good suggestions for solutions, he went around the rest of the house and tested for insulation , leaks, moisture problems. Gave many suggestions to help us and spent extra time with us until we had covered everything. He even went outside and was able to raise his camera up to the eaves troughs and point out some areas that needed attention. Nev recommended a few people to us and we did call the insulation company . They were experts in their field and have already completed their job, assuring us that we will no longer have ice dams. Time will tell, but we have full confidence in Nev and the people he recommends. We were very pleased with the service that Accu-Star provided for us, and Nev is very knowledgeable and caring. I am sure in the long run he saved us money by zeroing in on the problem. Thank you, Nev!
