Air Quality Dunrite

A technician shows up to fix furnace thats not working my sister was home and the technician did not provide any update on the furnace just left and said everything was ok . When I came home I noticed that the furnace was still not working and the filter wasnt even pushed back in properly it was left half way out . When we called back the company they said that there needed to be further service to the furnace and scheduled service the following day between 9-12 pm they were a no show . Called the company they say technician called in sick and they tried to contact us but there was no call on our end . They said they would set up emergency service for today between 12-4 pm it is now 337 pm and they have not arrived no phone call I attempted to call them and there is no answer . We have reached very cold temperatures and the house is freezing and these people we have a contract with fail to communicate fail to fulfill their duties and takes no accountability for anything . I suggest if you are planning on using this company you go elsewhere I will never recommend this company to anyone . The lack of empathy seeing that we are reaching freezing temperatures just before Christmas that they would leave us hanging like this is completely unprofessional. Its ok though . God is good and you will get your karma

Marcello was responsive and detailed. He explained and adjusted when we switched the A/C size. His team did the installation on time and his quote was very competitive. Overall, great experience and I would recommend Air Quality Dunrite to anyone needing their service.

Marcello was super prompt and responsive on everything related to the Furnace and AC issue. I had to replace it on a urgent basis in the middle of winter. Enercare was horrible and could not do much. And that is when I got in touch with Marcello through a friend of mine. From my first contact to getting the quote to installation and to all the communication even today, he has been very helpful. Air Quality Dunrite had installed and currently services my Furnace/air conditioning equipment for the last 15 years with absolutely no breakdowns. So, after 15 years, they suggested replacing the furnace with a Lennox EL296, which I did in January 2023. I am entirely pleased with the purchase and installation. The 2 technicians who installed the equipment , laid down red tarps on the work area as it was snowy and wet outside, and completed the installation within the specified timeframe. Before they left, they had cleaned the work area up, so clean, as if no work was done.

The Lennox Air Conditioner works really well. Marcello, the manager provided great service and made all the necessary arrangements and provided excellent advice as to the appropriate air conditioner required for this house. The appointment was made in a timely manner and they arrived on time. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of their work. They lay down a red tarp on the floor to keep everything clean and when they left, there was no trace that they had worked here. They even placed a backplate to cover the hole created by the old thermostat Very Good Job done by the three installers.

I was very happy with the costs associated with the purchase and installation. Your technicians are always polite and professional. You also have the contract for my heating and airconditoning units and you keep them in tip top shape. Since dealing with your company over the past 7 years I have never had a complaint or a breakdown of any of the HVAC appliance that I purchased from you. Our furnace and air conditioner were on their last legs after 15 years of operation so we decided to replace them proactively. We received quotes from Air Quality Dunrite and 3 other companies. Air Quality Dunrite has been servicing our old equipment for over 10 years. Marcello was the only person who actually asked questions, heard our problems, listened to our answers and inspected the equipment to find a solution. He suggested zoning our system with automatic dampers and although it was a bit more expensive, it appears to have solved the problem of heating and cooling the remote house areas. An excellent job with great installation and a very happy customer.

Great service provided by Air Quality Dunrite on one of our many hot summer days. The team arrived on a Friday at 4:30 pm to start the AC install. They worked very hard and efficiently. I'm extremely pleased with their ongoing service. I've been a customer for a number of years. They previously installed a furnace and AC. I would highly recommend them.
