Had Primex come in during a main floor gut to install pot-lights, move electrical, add boxes, set-up under mount lighting, move existing fixtures, etc. The work is fantastic and totally changed this home. The work was done really efficiently considering our tight timeline not to mention professional and clean. VERY happy we hired them, can't say enough!
Large scale painting/staining contract
We hired Alan and Castro to complete essentially an entire home paint job, 4 bedrooms, all main floor walls, trim, staining of a staircase, nosing and handrail and the spray painting of a brick fireplace. The work was done efficiently and perfectly- the stairs and fireplace particularly look incredible. They had to go back to have the stain changed and custom matched to new floors which was no small job, but the came through with the perfect final match. Would definitely recommend Brush'n Up, super friendly, fast work, etc. etc.

Kitchen, Pantry, Fireplace Cabinets, Laundry and Master Wardrobe
After much planning I decided to go with Kitchen Pro (Vaughan location) after being referred by someone who had an amazing experience. The cabinet company that I worked with in the past had let me down on pricing so I decided to give Kitchen Pro a try. I was weary due to the price being so competitive but the cabinets are stunning. Not only was the measure/design/approve process as easy as possible, they rushed our project on request and actually had it done within about a months' time. Incredible for anyone who has ever undertaken major/kitchen renos before. The installers were some of the nicest/professional people I have had the pleasure to work with and the end product is perfect and exactly how I envisioned. Douglas, Jonathan and Narissa are a wonderful team, they're doping everything right.
Dave from the Dufflaw location was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was patient, very helpful and polite. I was working with a tight budget so had to give up a few upgrades I would have liked to have been able to squeak in but otherwise fantastic. Have not had delivery yet so hopefully they come in on time. Would definitely recommend them!
We hired this company to do a total kitchen remodel in a condo. We met with Alex, the owner, and found him to be extrenely frendly, knwoledgeable and accommodating. He worked within our very tight budget and provided finishings we were hoping for. The crew that was sent in to dismantle and dispose of the kitchen were a pleasure to have working, clean and efficient. Likewise the install crew did an incredible job. Because it is a condo it is a tight space and they managed to do all of the work with no damages, not only this but it was done in a very timely manner which was a prime request of ours when hiring. The kitchen looks incredible and functions better than it ever did. We had upgrade such as pull out interior drawers, glass, lighting and pantry. They did a wonderful job and we would recommend (and have) this company to anyone. There are a few 'unique' named company but Alex is located on North Rivermede.
Garage Roof and plywood replacement
Can't say enough about these guys. In a crunch we needed our garage roof done as it was rotten and raccoons were getting in. We had the job quoted and decided to go with them as their price was by far the best out of the companies we had contacted. The team came to do the work THAT WEEK and finished in one day. They removed the rotten material, cleaned up very well and did a fantastic job putting the new shingles on. Will continue to review this company to anyone I know with roof repairs needed.

We hired Colest Storage and Concept to install built in closets for our foyer and built ins for our dining room using glass inserts,mirrors, lighting, wine wrack, etc. Although the process took a bit longer than we had hoped the cabinets turned out pretty great and we are getting good use out of them. The designer was very friendly and helpful. We had a few hiccups after the installation and Sam sent his guys back pretty soon after to come correct the issues. All in all a good experience with this company.
We met Pavel and had him quote our job to replace all of our upstairs windows. The price was right within budget so we went ahead and hired him. The windows came in quickly and were installed even faster. They look fantastic and work extremely well. We later hired them again to complete our basement windows. Same as upstairs, the windows look great and they all work perfectly. In addition to the window installation we had special window siding put in our washroom window and added features such as privacy frosting that looks great and serves its purpose. My husband and I opted to get an alarm system installed in our home further to major renovations. We had Chris come by, provide a quote and answer a few questions we this was our first experience with home alarm systems. Chris was knowledgeable and gave is a lot of information we hadn't known previous to speaking with him. The price was excellent and the installation was done extremely efficiently (no noise no mess!). So far we are very happy with having this alarm system and find that it works perfectly for our needs. Replacement of Eavestroughs, Facia, etc.
we hired Tip Top Trough over the summer to have our facia, eavestroughs, etc. replaced. The price was within our budget, the job was done quickly and it looks great.
First let me say that I wish I could leave more than 10 for this rating... My husband and I hired Aviv after meeting Michael to complete quite a bit of work. We essentially had the basement done and so needed everything that goes with that such as sink, toilet, shower hook-up, laundry, outdoor access, etc. the job is now complete and Michael has done an outstanding job, everything looks and runs perfectly. We did experience a hiccup during this job which was to NO FAULT of his own and despite complications he still came through and provided us with the essentials we desperately needed in our basement. I would most definitely refer Aviv Plumbing. We are very happy with his work and very happy to have had the pleasure of working with him. He is very professional and definitely knows his stuff! We had hired a carpentry company that did not deliver/install cabinets we had paid for, In a huge crunch we called Len Kitchen because a good friend of ours had had an amazing kitchen reno done by them. They came out right away to quote what we needed which was basic white PVC cabinetry, flat doors, laundry room in the basement, installed. We indicated that this was a HUGE rush and we needed it done within about 2 weeks. Within 2 weeks the cabinets were ready. They were installed in less than one day and look perfect! The price was about what we expected which was a very good price point for us. Very happy we went through Len kitchen.
