This is the second time we have used Kitchen Pro in the past year and KP did another fabulous job. Joe is a skilled & meticulous designer. We are so confident in his abilities that we held up our project until he returned from his winter vacation. He is worth waiting for! The project was delivered on time and on budget. Victor, the manufacturing manager, Selina in Customer service and delivery/installation team are all very customer focused, ensuring we were happy with the overall project.

From the first time we stepped into their showroom up until now that the design planning has been complete, Kitchen Pro has been nothing but fantastic. We worked with Joe, the designer, and he was very patient, detail oriented and professional throughout the whole process. He listened to our design and structural needs and together, we came up with a kitchen design we're super excited about. He found ways to maximize the storage space without making it look too cabinet heavy and answered our (many many!!) questions, never rushing us into any decision. They also have many great options and prices for countertops, accessories and add-ons. Really the perfect one-stop shop. We would highly recommend Kitchen Pro to anyone who's looking for a redesign, no matter how large or small!

I was referred by friends to Kitchen Pro and turned out the best decision we made to renovate our home recently. Joe is our designer and he was so helpful to fulfill our ideas. And he also so patient to answer all my questions and willing to work over time to finalize the final drawing. Everything worked perfect. And every time I called them, I would get the response in a second. And also Selina helped us a lots too. We were changing our mind of a porcelain slab. She did not rush us make decisions and helped us to got price from stores. We used Kitchen Pro custom cabinetry for our customer home build and I am very satisfied and happy with all the builds. The team did alot of our home, the kitchen, butlers pantry, built ins around fireplaces and the mudroom and front closet. The quality, attention to detail, care are excellent. The kitchen looks amazing and works reasonably. I am so satisfied that the kitchen was designed by Joe, serviced by Selena and Victor , they are very professional and nice people to work with.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! We upgraded our small kitchen with a new island and countertops and also built a buffet cabinet in our dining room. We decided to use KitchPro Markham not only because their quote is fair compared to others but also the wonderful lady Selina who helped us every step of the way. Selina was so pleasant and patient listening to our needs and giving her professional advice. She was always there to answer questions and address our concerns and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She is a big reason why we finally decided to give our business to KitchPro and we are still pleased with the decision we made. Joe is another great person to work with, he came to our house to do the measurements, very thorough and detailed. He gave us great recommendations and let us know every detail of the design so there is no surprise in the future. The installation of cabinets and countertops was smooth as well, every employee from KitchenPro was all helpful and very professional. They even helped us fix some uneven doors and drawers of my old cabinets and lower the gas stove, all these extras are not their jobs but they were just willing to help. We are very happy with the overall quality of the work and their employee's professionalism and kindness, we will definitely use them again in the future and recommend KitchenPro to others who are looking for new cabinets and countertops.
