Rob is one of the best contractors we have been dealing with during our years of home renovation project. He is always easy to work with. He keeps his words and follows through on his promises with excellent workmanship. We just had him back for the first floor drywall installation, skim coat after wallpaper removal, mudding/taping etc. Similar to previous experiences with him, everything is extremely well done in a timely manner with minimum dust. Rob helped us install the drywall two years ago on the third floor with cathedral ceiling. With that much of irregular angles, the job was done flawless. We decided to have him again for the 2nd floor renovation. Again, the installation, mudding, taping was done perfect with minor dust. The job site was clean, the workers were polite and on time. We bought the John wood water heater based on the recommendation from Jack at Spring Home Heating & Cooling. Jack is very knowledgeable, did not pressure us in any way. The installation experience is again nice and smooth. Wilson and Peter delivered the job in a professional way while Shirley is always reachable from the Back office coordinating the whole precess. The whole team is very customer oriented and able to resolve all the issues in time. Very nice company to deal with.
