I noticed my fridge stopped cooling sometime on Wednesday evening. I threw everything in coolers and then called Foad after finding him on HomeStars and was amazed by the service. He was responsive, arrived when he said he would, gave me estimates when he could have the issue resolved including best and worst case scenarios. He exceeded expectations and deserves a 10 rating! What a great experience.
