Ali is very professional in his work. The quality of his work is as promised and excellent. Our outdoor light fixtures needed some troubleshooting and replacement, which Ali did in no time. Will definitely recommend Ali and will use his services again when in need.

Adrian is a true Pro !! His workmanship is just excellent. As other reviewers here said, he ran wires thru finished basement with such patience and commitment, it is just clean and professional. He did not rush for the sake of it. Absolutely will recommend Adrian to my friends.

After reading the reviews here on homestars, have called Steve to see what can be done to the crumbling garage foundation concrete and to fix few foundation cracks as well. Steve came over and explained everything in detail in an absolute professional way and was very patient in answering all my questions. He then scheduled a day to do the actual repairs and was on time and has finished the work to perfection. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and Rockwell masonry to my family and friends. After having notice few droppings in early winter, it was a no brainer to call Snap after reading all these reviews. As every review here on homestars says, Joe was very professional and knew what he was doing. Joe spent almost 3 hours making sure, the root cause if fixed, not just the symptom. For the next few months we have not noticed any droppings. Joe as promised, came for a followup and did the same procedure again, and asserted the little trouble is no more. We need to hope that we never get these creatures in our homes, but if we do, Joe is the answer. Thank you Joe !!

After reading reviews here on homestars, have called John to get number of plumbing issues (sewer smell from kitchen sink, toilet fill valve replacement, faucet replacement in bathrooms etc). John was on site well before the appointment time and was absolutely professional in his approach. He explained very patiently, answered all my questions and at the end, very satisfied customer. My review might look like a copy of other reviews here, but when that is the truth, you have to say the truth. Michael was sharp on time and was was doing what he does best - inspect !!. Michael spent 3 hours going thru every thing - big and small, every nook and corner. Michael was absolutely professional and very patient answering my questions (some were probably silly). He spent extra time on things we had concerns about, and eased our concerns. His knowledge of things and especially, his way of explaining to a person who doesn't know these things, is very much appreciated. Had an urgent need for an extra outlet in the utility room and called longhouse electric. Ali responded and was very pleasant to deal with. He came over quickly, checked the work that is needed and was done in no time. will definitely call Ali again for electrical work.

We had an issue with toilet not flushing this past Friday night. Called Mr rooter on Saturday morning and Todd was at our home in less than an hour. Todd is absolutely professional and courteous in explaining the work and the cost and was done in no time. We had to remove a very old sediment filter on our main line and Todd had done a very clean job and all is well now. Thank you Todd

After reading so many reviews here on homestars, I called Dave and as mentioned here many times, Dave answered all the questions and was very honest with his suggestions. Luckily (for me) there was a cancellation the very next day and Dave scheduled the install. Ken came over and was extremely patient in explaining all the details of the system. very satisfied with the service and commitment.

Had emailed Lain to install a new dryer vent and after prompt response and setting up an appointment, Lain was absolutely professional and very detailed in his work and after the work was done, on his way out he noticed that our storm door was unhooked/bent, he just got his tools fixed in 10 minutes. Had email communication with Adel to setup the date and time and had witnessed the most professional team do their job. Sean and Matthew explained in detailed what and how they would do the Duct and carpet cleaning respectively and completed as explained. Will for sure recommend to my friends. ****Update**** During the initial appointment I had completely forgot asking about dryer vent cleaning, which is a add-on to the duct cleaning. When I had called Adel to inquire about it, he sent the team to clean the dryer vent, for NO COST. Where does this happen? Adel and team are honest and caring professionals and will recommend to family and friends without any hesitation.
