These guys were great!!!!! Laird and Son sent Brian to check out our AC. He diagnosed, and then gave us an estimate of about $1600 to fix it and to move the AC to a better place. After he moved the unit, he tested a little further, and realized that the problem was not the fan motor, but only the capacitor. It was a savings of several hundred dollars. Brian came at the appointed time. He did the work with a smile on his face. We almost invited him for dinner.

Davis was great. He was clear in explaining what he saw and what needed to be done. His advice led us to making real efforts to fix up our entire attic. It is now healthy. He matched the price of another company, but we would have used Great Northern anyway, as they were so thorough. Davis noticed a tiny bit of mold. Due to our tight schedule, the folks at Great Northern Insulation coordinated with the mold people so that everything could be done the same day. The insulation is a definite advantage to the house. The upstairs of the house no longer smells like the attic. The air conditioner seems to be working better. The installers were friendly, helpful, and professional. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. We would use Great Northern Insulation again without any question.

Consumers Choice was wonderful to work with from the salesman to the installers. They were helpful with our scheduling needs. Alex and Alex, our installation team, were on time, polite, efficient, and neat. They finished our children's rooms first so we could get them back to normal, and went above and beyond the minimum, sanding down our old mouldings so they're painting ready. The clean up each day was thorough and quick. They were even helpful making sure our cats weren't too stressed over the process. They windows are great; you can see right through them.

I called the company. They had already told me over the winter that the roof was soon to be replaced. In the spring, I had two leaks. I called Friday. We made the arrangements. The workers showed up promptly Monday morning. They were friendly and polite. They removed, repaired, and replaced my roof in one day. The driver was here at 7:45 AM the next day to take the dumpster from my driveway.

We found Pesticon via Homestars. I called Waheed in the morning. He was there in the afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, and we have not seen an ant in the area for over two weeks.
