The weed service is not so effective as it is just doing spot control of large dandelion. we have lots of other weeds that the service does not control. We have been using them for four years and have renewed. The service cost is of value versus buying the products and applying myself.

8 year old kitchen faucet was vibrating excessively and had reduced water flow. Waterworks determined that the cartridge was faulty and recommended a new faucet. They installed it efficiently and left no mess. thanks for the great service

we bought a Lennox gas fireplace when we renovated the basement and it was installed by another contractor. we have had no end of problems with the unit. Thus we tried 3 different service contractors. we happened upon John Novak, as he is local to north richmond hill. He is very credible, displaying a wide range of knowledge. John has been the only contractor to be able to make the Lennox work. He trouble shot the ignition and electronics, discovering the issues with the design and modifying to make it reliable. I highly recommend John, as we have had him in for subsequent service and repair on our furnance.
