Crap quality. 4 hours late (I had to call multiple times for update). Tech spent 10 minutes, didn't even look at evaporator or interior fans, didn't check the front display panel for errors and generally didn't do his job but jumped immediately to the conclusion that it's a "slow Freon leak" and requested $180 to start looking for the leak. After that, the repair is supposedly $1,000. "Amy" from "customer service" called the next day to offer 10% off labour on the repair, but nothing off the initial service call and nothing off the service to look for the Freon leak. It's a Samsung fridge that's less than 2 years old and hasn't been moved.

Extremely quick response to website enquiries and very knowledgeable! Cleared up a lack of information provided by the manufacturer (Samsung) and were able to coordinate service quickly for a broken fridge.

A hinge component broke on my shower door made by this company (after approx. 8-10yrs of everyday use). Repair is quoted to me at $500 (part: $30 and labour: $470, incl. tax) and scheduled to arrive within 2 weeks.
