Absolutely brutal service. 4 hours late (I had to call multiple times for updates). Tech spent 10 minutes, didn't even look at evaporator or interior fans, didn't check the front display panel for errors but jumped immediately to the conclusion that it's a "slow Freon leak" and requested $180 to start looking for the leak. After that, the repair is supposedly "around $1,000". "Amy" from "customer service" called the next day to offer 10% off labour on the repair (the call centre person the night before had offered 15%), but nothing off the initial service call and nothing off the service to look for the Freon leak. It's a Samsung fridge that's less than 2 years old and hasn't been moved. Wow.
