We called the maker of our washing machine, Frigidair/Electrolux and they recommended 3 companies that are authorized repair places for them. Our problem was, the fabric softener would not drain. Naturally I checked them all out online. Wasn't impressed with the other two, but Elite Appliance won it hands down!

Elite appliance serviced my GE Profile dishwasher twice for different problems . Both times I contacted GE (MABE) who arranged the call. Service was prompt and both technicians were knowledgeable and professional. They resolved the problems quickly and efficiently. The technician was knowledgable and fixed the problem quickly. The only thing that should be changed is their appointment confirmation process. They sent an SMS which was not very clear and had no telephone number and asked to confirm an appointment by calling them although I already talked to them and chose the date. So I had to Google their phone again and call them again for something Ive already done. Just redundant.

They came to my door within 3 days of calling at the scheduled time, and repaired my GE dryer (which was no longer under warranty) in less than an hour. 5 stars! (work order 377252)
