Our Samsung Induction stove largest burner started having intermittent problems, where it would work intermittently. We contacted Samsung, and Elite was one of their recommended service places.
Based on reviews, I contacted them, and Melvin came out to investigate the issue. He tried a few things and said before they change the recommended parts, to try a few things first. Great suggestion, and so we tried a few things, but eventually seemed like had to change the parts.
The boards were changed, but since the burner sensor was not that expensive, I decided to have it changed anyway while they were going to do all the service, just for peace of mind.
Stove has been working great ever since, so we are back to normal!
