My dryer was no longer drying efficiently. Kevin from Captain Electric quickly diagnosed the issue (venting pipe was full of water & the external vent was frozen shut). Kevin returned with his apprentice and replaced the whole 30 feet of dryer vent pipe in the attic. Now my dryer works properly again! I am very pleased with Captain Electric and will continue to use them for any future electrical projects. They aren't the cheapest, but I can sleep at night, knowing that the work has been done properly. Thank you!

I had a drilling sound coming from the wall in my powder room at night. Peter from Mr. Rooter diagnosed it as my toilets constantly running and that the water pressure increased at night (I'll admit I was skeptical). Peter replaced the innards of 3 toilets and gave them a good cleaning (as there was a lot of hard water buildup). So far, I haven't heard that loud drilling noise again. So Peter, you were right! Thank you so much! The cost was a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. I would be happy to recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone!

Serge and his crew did an excellent job, installing the new rear entrance door and frame on my house. Installation was done quickly, competently and they cleaned up after themselves. The only things I have to do are register the product for the warranty and paint the primed trim installed around the door frame. The finished product looks fantastic and no more drafty doors! This is the second time I have used All County Aluminum and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use this company again for future work. I hired Mr. Handyman to install a laundry tub in my 2nd floor laundry closet, plus do a few other little jobs around my house. Daniel installed the laundry tub, stacked the washer and dryer, replaced 3 exterior exhaust vents and patched 4 drywall holes in the basement ceiling for me. I am very pleased with the work completed and would hire Mr. Handyman again. If anyone asked for handyman services, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Handyman.

I had a small wasp nest being built in one of my house's exterior exhaust vents. I requested a quote and 30 minutes later, I received a call from Power Pest Control. Peter and I set up an appointment for 3 days later. When Peter arrived the day of the appointment, he was friendly and professional. He took care of the wasps in a very short time. Thank you Peter! The guys at Potlight Expert were great. I asked them to do a bunch of electrical jobs around my house, including adding a timer, an electrical outlet and 2 potlights. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely use their services again!

I called up Amazon Railings for a quote for railings for my front steps. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. The installer was also very pleasant and professional. The railings look amazing and I am very pleased with them. The only thing I would change is if the aluminum shavings and screws could be swept up and disposed of. Other than that, I would recommend Amazon Railings and would hire them again.

When it came time to replace our huge, steeply-pitched roof, I requested a few quotes and Gitano was competitively priced. The crew showed up and quickly got to work, completing a 2500 sq ft roof in 2 days. There were a couple of things to be remedied after the job and Carl came back, fixing the issues to my satisfaction. I will be using Gitano again when my roof needs to be repaired or replaced. We discovered that our garage door wouldn't open when we tried to get our car out to go grocery shopping. I went onto the HomeStars website to find a garage door repair company and Easy Access Garage Doors was the first one I called. Chris answered his phone and told me he could be there in 10-15 minutes. He did arrive within that time, figured out that one of the springs had cracked and got the garage door opened, so I could get my cars out. He didn't have the part with him, but promised to return the next day to fix our garage door. The next afternoon, Chris showed up with his assistant and fixed our garage door in 30 minutes. I am so pleased with Easy Access Garage Doors -- I would have no problems recommending them to anyone. Chris is very professional, punctual and an all-around nice guy. Thank you so much!

DrainWorks are very professional, getting the work done promptly and clean up is great too. The only con is that they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
