Had Heights Residential return again this year after a two year gap to do my seriously dirty windows inside and out in my rowhouse condo. The work was excellent. The workers were quick, very pleasant, and nary a drop was spilt inside. Windows, tracks, frames - all really clean. Attention to detail was fantastic. The extra dirty screens are so clean I don't know how they did it. I highly recommend Heights Residential.

When I called to inquire about a security system, Dolby came out the same day. He gave me advice on what I really needed, and explained why I did not need everything I had in mind. As a result I paid less than half of what I was expecting. The next day he did the installation, and returned later to troubleshoot a small problem with a module. I found Dolby to be very professional. The installation was done quickly, response times were quick, and Dolby has a pleasant, easy manner. In my current situation other companies would likely have tried to sell me bigger and more expensive systems; but Dolby did not. I was impressed in every way with his business ethics and practices. I am also very pleased with my new system. It does everything I wanted and more, and has capabilities for future expansion. I feel very secure with my new security system, and highly recommend Dolby and JTL.

I needed two Weiser deadbolts re-keyed on my exterior doors. I called Aegis yesterday and although they could have sent someone right away, I asked for service today. Ron arrived at the agreed upon time, reviewed the work to be done, and then advised me of the extra costs I may have due to the possibility of the smart locks failing. After that he set to work and had the job done in about 15-20 minutes or maybe even less. Very nice gentleman, professional and easy to talk to, and I appreciated his extra tips and information about my doors/locks. Quality service all around. I highly recommend this company.

I had all the carpets cleaned in my condo. The staff person worked quickly and very hard. He was pleasant, asked questions when he needed to, and responsive to my requests for special attention to certain areas. When he was done the carpets were spotless. The quality of work was excellent for a very reasonable price. I'm so happy to have found Amsteam, and will be using your services again! I had two different appointments, as AC maintenance is done by different service staff than the furnace and duct cleaning. The furnace cleaning/inspection/duct cleaning team were pleasant, answered all my questions, and went about their work efficiently and quietly. The lead took extra time at the end to show me where my outside intake vent is, and asked if I had any other questions. When they left the vents were literally sparkling, and the furnace was perfectly clean inside and out. It had been quite dusty before due to renovation work done earlier inside the mechanical room. Settling the bill was easy - the extra charges for extra vents were clearly explained as to their locations (I had a lot). I was very happy with this team's work. The AC unit maintenance service was also really great. The service person answered all my questions about the service needed now, the extra costs since my unit was low on refrigerant, and the future service I should do and when. He checked all the necessary readings before and after and told me know what they were. I was very satisfied with this experience as well and felt it was a good investment as I definitely notice a difference in performance of the AC system now. Before it seemed underpowered; now it is good. I don't know what to attribute this to, but there is a pronounced increase in volume of air coming from all the vents now. We have been cold in this condo for the past two winters since we bought this home. I don't think we'll be cold this winter! Very, very pleased. Thank you so much, Acclaimed! I will definitely be using your services again and will recommend you to everyone. A great investment for my condo.

Fantastic service all around. I called and got a quote and booking for a few days later. The staff arrived on time, were very pleasant and polite, and went right to work. When they were done I had the most beautifully clean windows and screens! No ruckus, no fuss, no muss, and not a spot anywhere on my floors, sheers or furniture. Thank you so much for a fantastic job.
