I purchased four Jenn-Air appliances from Best Brand as part of my kitchen renovations. I'm just thankful I also purchased the extended warranty from Whirlpool because it's been a nightmare. I've had issues with all the appliances but in particular the Jenn-Air wall oven. I've had all parts changed multiple times and as of today it's still not working and I'm waiting for another replace part. Please take it from me do NOT buy Whirlpool/Jenn-Air products.

My master bedroom ensuite bathroom sink was clogged and after many attempts to clear the blockage failed I called DrainCom. Before calling I attempted to clear the block using Drano as well as an drain auger but was unsuccessful. Alex from DrainCom arrived and had the block cleared in half and hour and my only regret is not calling him sooner. He arrived on time, used a drop sheet to keep the work area clean. I came across Cozy Comfort Plus on Homestars while researching supplement heating for my finished basement. I originally considered installing a gas wall furnace but after discussing with Brian we agreed the best option would be to install a Gas Fireplace insert in my wood burning fireplace. Brian stopped by my place on Tuesday to review the site and discuss options/cost. Thursday I stopped by Cozy Comfort to check out the display units and placed an order to install a Valor G3 gas insert. Friday two gentlemen completed the installation on time without any issues. So the process from start to finish was very fast and efficient. Brian is extremely knowledgeable answering all my questions and reassuring I selected the best unit satisfying my concerns with regards to quality, safety, efficiency and cost. One of my requests was the ability to manually turn on/off the unit with a wall switch. Brian did say there was an option with this unit but when the guys were doing the insulation they said that it was not possible to hard wire a wall switch to the unit and it could only be operated with the remote control. After I had time to review the documents that came with the unit it does mention that a wall switch is an option so I will follow up with Brian. This is not a big concern but manual control would be a “nice to have” option. Overall I’m very satisfied with the out come and would do business with Cozy Comfort Plus again. I’ll post an update when we get into the heating season after I have an opportunity to run the unit for an extended period of time. Dave
