Repair gas fireplace

Fireplaces review in Vaughan

Called for someone to come to see why our gas fireplace was not starting. Brian told us that someone would be here in about 2-4 hours. Mury showed up and immediately found the issue. He took the time to check that everything was working properly and also gave the fireplace a complete cleaning.
We will certainly call him back to clean our furnace and fireplace yearly.
He was very efficient and knowledgeable.

Fast, Friendly and Efficient Service

Gas fireplace install

Annual maintenance of gas fireplace

Maury from Cozy Comfort Plus came to check our fireplace as we were concerned about a potential problem. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
We were worried as we noticed that when we turned on the gas in the fireplace it would repeatedly turn off the first time, but would stay on the 2nd time. This happened on multiple occasions.
He explained the reasoning for this, and then checked everything over, including the ceramic pieces of the fireplace, switched batteries for us inside the fireplace, and vaccumed/cleaned the fireplace.
He was excellent, and were very pleased.

On-Demand HW and modifications to furnace venting

Offered the best price for the high efficiency HW heater I wanted, Brian was extremely helpful and well informed. The only hitch was in some miscommunication about some additional work I wanted, the rerouting of the furnace air intake. Initially this was not done as I had thought it would be (and wanted). Once I contacted Brian they arranged to send Hamid back out to do it as I wished, but this had to be rescheduled twice which was annoying. That said, it did all get sorted out within a few days. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and they cleaned up very well so I would definitely employ them again

20 year old fireplace

Our 20 year old fireplace had a circulating fan replaced along with some needed service and cleaning. Hamid was punctual, had all the tools and parts and completed the service call in a very professional manner. Our first time using Cozy Comfort Plus and would definitely recommend them.

New Furnace & Water Heater

We recently had a new furnace, thermostat, humidifier, and tankless water heater installed by Cozy Comfort. Our old furnace was on its last legs and Cozy Comfort was highly recommend by my parents after they installed a new furnace, water heater, and heat pump with them. Brian was very helpful with assessing what would work best for us and the installers did a great job. It ended up being a bigger job than anticipated, but our installers stayed extremely late to ensure that everything was completed. They did a great job and we are very happy with the entire experience.
