I had a need to remove an old shed, lay down a new cement pad, assemble a new shed and remove/sod a flower garden. My front steps and backyard patio interlock where in need of dire repair as the bricks had all come loose and started separating. I was looking for someone to simply repack my interlock and to reuse the existing bricks. Arash responded quick to the request for quote and had quoted a very competitive price for the job (I had also received additional quotes from others). As agreed, Arash showed up on the day and time and began work. Arash worked efficiently and completed the job in 3 days. This also included a power wash for the back yard patio, resanding/packing, repairing a number of areas where the bricks had sunk, re-cutting bricks as required to ensure an exquisite finish and relaying a preventative plant growth tarp. Arash was polite and explained everything he was doing. After the second day there was a stone loose and he was all to eager to address it to my satisfaction to ensure my positive customer experience. The attached pictures shows the before and after for both the front steps and backyard patio. I would unreservedly recommend Arash's services for this type of interlock work.

Mike and Charlie were fantastic. Mike was responsive in setting up our quote and then delivering a competitive price for blinds for my entire house. Charlie then did a great job on installation. Charlie showed up on time, was friendly and knowledgeable and finished the job quickly without a hitch. I would unreservedly recommend these guys for any blinds job you might have.....serious!

The team at HPT was incredible. The overall final delivered quality was very high. Soheil did a great job with the caulking as he really worked some magic to cover off broken paint I had when my old window trim was removed. Once done, we did a final walk through window by window and Soheil fixed every last detail to my satisfaction. Soheil was extremely courteous, professional and took great care to use plastic drop sheets to protect our furniture and floors. Soheil didn't even park in my drive way knowing that it might be possible that I'd need to move in and out of my driveway throughout the day. Soheil also helped me to change a light bulb with his ladder that I couldn't reach for 3 years. It's pretty clear wiht the above points the lengths HPT goes through to ensure a perfect customer experience. The rest of the HPT team - Brian, Rob and Mark were great. Their communication level was impressive as I received an end of day status and multiple on site follow ups by Mark to "check in" and make sure everything was going to plan. Also being priced competitively, I would recommend HPT to anyone.

Following a review I saw here for Moris on a Family Day long weekend, I knew this was our guy. Moris was fantastic with our fridge. On holiday Monday, he showed up promptly in 3hrs and quickly disassembled the freezer and showed were the blocked drainage lines were causing the block for the fridge to get cold. He cleaned it up and explained things to look out for. Moris was also kind enough to offer that should anything further arise for this issue, he would replace parts as required with no labour charge. That's fantastic! Would recommend him without hesitation.

We had a water damaged walk in closet due to a toilet leak in the adjacent washroom. Our parquet flooring was aged in general and so I knew matching colour was going to be impossible. It was also hard just to get people to quote the job as it was viewed as being too small and/or parquet flooring wasn't done anymore. Lehel and the Alliance team really took care of us right out of the gate. From the professionalism that Lehel shown when he showed up to quote, he really walked us through the pros and cons and factors to consider in the repair decision. Once we awarded the job to Lehel, the service was prompt and scheduled well according to our availability restrictions. Lehel's guy Rudy showed up and conducted himself professionally and left the job well executed. Even the cleanliness was great given the dust that is normal for this type of work. In the end, the parquet match between old and new was better than I expected and very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend alliance for any hardwood flooring work and I will certainly use them again for my future needs. I'm extremely satisfied.
