I booked the service online after reading the excellent reviews here. The process was easy and I got confirmation for the appointment time by email on the same day. Johnny and Mariella came within he specified time slot. They explained the process, and answered all my questions. They took great care to keep the house clean. They took pictures and showed me the results. My ducts are much cleaner now! Paying the invoice online was convenient and easy.

We called Galaxy Windows and Doors to replace two windows, a broken front door and an old patio door. Dmitry was very patient with our questions and provided all the information we needed about the products and installation process. Alex, who did the installation was very professional and our new windows and doors look great. Now that nights are getting cooler we feel the difference in insulation. We are very happy with the outcome and the cost was reasonable. We will certainly call them again next time!

I called Joe when I noticed that my dryer wasn't heating. He came the same day and quickly figured out the problem was the heater. He had replacement part with him so he repaired it on the spot. Joe also made sure that there's no other reason the heater was gone (like a problem with the thermostat), that everything is clean and the air duct is not blocked. Great service, very professional. I will call him again whenever I have problems with appliances.

I had a lot of debris, mostly pieces from an old deck, that were left underneath when the new deck was built. The deck is only about 2 feet high, there is a narrow walkway beside it, and there was one particularly heavy piece that needed to be taken out. Other companies that I called didn't want to deal with it. Just Junk said 'no problem' and gave a very reasonable quote. Joey and Chris came right on time with a 20 minutes advance notice as promised. They The removed all the smaller pieces, then cut down the big one and took it, and finally cleaned all the other things that were left. They were done in about an hour. If you are looking for a reliable and professional junk removal service- look no further. Thank you so much guys!

I should have posted this long time ago but better late than never... In September 2015, I noticed water was sitting in one of the eaves. The problem was that previous homeowners cancelled a downspout but did not install a new one. Neethan answered the phone right away- unlike other highly rated companies that took days to return my call. He understood the problem right away and knew exactly what questions to ask to get all the information he needed. He even asked me to send him photos of the other eaves and of the place I thought would be best to install the new one, so he could match the colour. His quote was very reasonable (another company I contacted asked more than twice without even speaking to me- just based on the information I provided on their web form). Neethan came right on the time we agreed of. He spotted the problem immediately and fixed it quickly and professionally. I'm very happy I found Neethan. Great service, reasonable price, and highly professional!

Nick and his team were very professional as far as I can judge. They seem to really care about the quality of their work, and cleaned really well after work. to my request they checked soffit ventilation and showed me photos that they were clean. Nick also made the downspout from the upper roof go directly to the lower eaves instead of the lower roof and went to great length trying to find matching colour. However, he only did it for one downspout and not the other, which he probably missed. The other thing we discussed is adding another vent because we had mould in the attic. When I reminded him of this, he checked and said it was not needed. All the other companies I asked for offers suggested it so I'm still concerned. Lastly, it took longer then he said from when we signed the contract until they did the work, but when he committed to a date he made it. Except for these issues, I'm very happy with the quality of work and service.
