I had Paul and his son in to quote a large, main-floor remodelling. They put together a competitive quote and kept in touch throughout the months in order to accommodate potential start dates. That project ended up being pushed back due to covid, but Paul and his son came through for me after an unexpected leak caused damage to my childrens' bathroom. Seeing as though it was just before the holidays, I was unable to get anyone to even come out to look at the job. Paul was busy, but I explained my dilemma and he squeezed the job in. I am extremely grateful for this as it allowed me to remodel the bathroom in time for the holidays and to stop having my wife and I share a washroom with our kids. In the end, a guy who owed me nothing found the time in his busy schedule to squeeze in a job. They came to work extremely early in order to accommodate us and the work was performed above expectation. Thanks for throwing me a lifeline and I will for sure use Paul on future projects.

Fantastic price, fantastic service! I couldn't believe the quote I received from MMT. They were thorough, professional, and hard working. It's been a couple of years since the crack was fixed and I have not had any problems since. I recommended them to a friend who had already received several quotes from other companies. MMT blew the rest of them out of the water and he ended up hiring them. Good, honest work. There is truly nothing better!

I called Pesticon to fix a problem that another company did not handle properly. All I can say is that Ahmed was reassuring and professional from first contact. He came in, explained everything to me and handled the problem (mice in the walls). I am extremely happy with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone who has pest issues. I even received a great landscaping contract from Ahmed after the problem was solved, which was an added bonus!

From the moment Mario came for an estimate it was clear that he knew what he was doing. Not only was his quote half of what the other guys had quoted me, but I flat out asked him about this and he explained things to me clearly about how his company operates and how he doesn't see the need to try and gauge the customer. Having a foundation leak is a scary thing for anyone, especially for a new homeowner like myself. He turned a very stressful situation into a quick, efficient and cost-effective repair. I'll recommend him to anyone who experiences similar problems. DO yourself a favour and call. I'm absolutely sure his price will blow all the others out of the water.

They showed up when they were supposed to, completed the job in the pre-stated time, and were very friendly. The most impressive part of their service was how they came back to address a problem which was not even related to their visit. By coincidence, we experienced some furnace issues a day after Capps' visit. When I called them back, they returned immediately (from the other side of the city) to see what they could do to help. As it turns out, it wasn't even related to the duct cleaning, yet they were more than happy to return and ensure that we were well taken care of and that it wasn't anything they did. Like I said, it turned out to be a furnace issue which was related to a faulty part and a total coincidence. Returning to the job site to basically spend double the time with us (after hours and from across town) tells me that these guys are completely dedicated to their profession. All this was done with a smile on Rob's face...even though I had essentially wasted a bunch of his time for an unrelated problem! Thanks Capps, and sorry for the run around!
