We've discovered a leak in the basement during the winter. Our neighbors gave us MMT's contact because they were happy with waterproofing job that was done for them. Mario responded and arrived quickly, he identified the crack and gave us a reasonable quote for repair. We had to wait for the wormer times so guys can dig around the house. On the discussed date Mario and guys arrived on time, the job was done very professionally and was completed on the same day. Our backyard was left very clean and we hardly can tell that any excavation was performed.

Mario was a referral from a family member that project manages renovations. We had him waterproof our home and install a sump pump. He was very informative and he even helped us save money by obtaining all the qualified government rebates we could get. His quote is very competitive and his workmanship is top quality. MMT Waterproofing was extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Mario went through every detail and explained every step. His workers were very hardworking and focused. When they found a problem with the foundation they fixed it as they went a long. They left everything neat and tidy.

Excellent work. Mario is fair and honest, competes the work on time and as promised. We weren't sure of the extent of the work needed when starting, so Mario provided multiple options and prices depending on what we found when he started digging.
